C.We'd heard this was a worthwhile tour to undertake and we weren't to be disappointed. Joe and Ellie were both welcoming, and knowledgeable. We possibly warmed to them a little sooner as they educated us on the finer points of their unique botanical varieties of gin. Good luck with the impending move and growing business. B.This distillery was a wholly unexpected find in a town that was equally unexpectedly bustling with life. The gin has a very local touch to it and has an amazing sophistication of botanicals that make it quite distinct from other gins. Definitely worth doing a round of tastings, but beware, you might want to have them all. The tasting was accompanied by great and friendly conversation and very informative about the different gins and liqueurs. If you like gin, this place is not to miss!
D.Absolutely love their gin, so different and tasty. I stopped there during a bike tour of the South island and just fell in love with the folks working there. I'd go back to New Zealand just for this!

C.What a great stop! Reefton Distillery doing wonderful things for the Coast, its community and the economy. A great backstory. And the gin is pretty amazing too - botanicals foraged locally. Little Biddy and the blueberry liqueur highly recommended.
J.This place is dangerous. I was a reluctant participant. My travel friend walked in and in the end I went in. The hostess- Beth Scott- was very informative and engaging. But the danger was the tastings. I would have bought everything. It just tasted great. Little biddy immortalised in her own Whiskey. I'm sure she would be chuffed. I ended up with the decadent Blueberry Liqueur. So smooth. I am reluctant to open it, but I fear I must for that taste was special and it will allow me to remember the charm of Reefton. Well done.
