I had taken out a loan with Max Loans a few years ago and remember them being extremely quick and clear in their communications and very professional in every instance that I had the need to communicate with them. I've just had the need to apply for a new loan, so I reached out to them again and I'm incredibly happy to say nothing has changed, from the time of application through to completion it's been an exquisite experience yet again, if anything they have possibly upped the standards further. Dealt with Rachael and Rochelle from Max Loans and what an absolute pleasure it was!! We were not easy to deal with as we had alot of paperwork, a lot of 'issues' and our situation was difficult but these two ladies handled it like absolute pros, they found solutions for every problem we had, went above and beyond running around for us tracking information down and honestly couldn't have been nicer doing it!! And then got us an AMAZING deal on our loan where our repayments are way less than before, and a great intrest rate!! To be honest exceptional service, first i emailed Grayson Baker asking for top up but he was not working so he got back to be straight away to let me know hes not in even though he wasnt working but yet he forward my email to Rochelle .. thats my first impression they are willing to help , thank you Grayson much appreciated.. So Rochelle was the one who take care of application until today she is brilliant handling the situation thank you Rochelle your amazingly deserved a good feedback ..
