Mike and his team were professional from the outset. I was put in touch with Mike after another well known mortgage company (squirrel) failed to communicate or even make contact with me about my application. It would have been easier to get an appointment with the Prime Minister I reckon!!! Communication and patience is paramount given that we were in lockdown and full marks to the team in this respect. My loan was approved within 5 days and he was able to secure a slightly better interest rate and he worked around my circumstances to ensure it was done in time for auction day. Mike and his team are quick to act, aligns you with the best banks that are lending the amount you are seeking and get things done. We had our finance sorted quickly without any fuss at all. I have had customers that I have referred to Mike. Not like others I have used before, he solves the problem by finding ways to get things done. He does not cheat the system. His explanations to not over commit the customers is great. Sometimes customers over commit themselves then later struggle to pay, is not what I believe in.
