T.I have no idea what everyone is complaining about, I have had Aaron providing very personalised, helpful and consistent (but not to that annoying level) communication every step of the way! He explains everything very well and easy to understand and made genuinely helpful suggestions. All the fees and interest were shown clearly in the agreement too, Im only young but I could understand it perfectly. Anyone concerned about the other reviews please ask for Aaron and you will also be recommending them in this way. Overall I felt very valued and cared about as a customer, which put me at ease as this was my first time purchasing anything on finance.
