Staff were super friendly. I had Mao as my masseur and she was very attentive. The ginger tea was delicious. Extra $10 on a public holiday but it was well worth it. Feel calm and relaxed now

Amazing place, loved the phone call to double check a male masseuse was OK with me first. For a busy road it was so quite in there. Amazing massage and great service I will be back ! Just need to remind all customers to put their phones on silent.

My partner and I got a couple's massage with cupping and the atmosphere was lovely and the two masseuse were very professional and attentive! Loved it so much we immediately bought an additional 3x massages and I can't wait to come back :) Thank you!

The Couples Massage package is great and an amazing way to unwind. On our most recent visit I was actually so relaxed by the massage I fell asleep and woke up feeling extremely refreshed. We had a tiring day strolling around Auckland and having “hilot” massage by Bamboo Spa Onehunga was a very nice way to end the day. We felt relaxed after the session. The staff are friendly and professional. Would like to visit again.

Ive been there twice now in one month and have absolutely loved both experiences!! I first went with my work collegue and next time i took my husband with me. Both times I had a girl named niki massage me and she is GREAT at her job!!! Super relaxing and very considerate of my preferences!! I will be specifically requesting for niki every time i go now!! My husband had a massage from a guy named jojo and had a great first experience!! We have already booked for our next visit!! We highly recommend this place. Cheap prices for a quality experience!! I had Hilot 90min session with deep tissue massage at Onehunga branch it’s was great experience thanks to young Maori girl she make my day ♥️

It was OK. It wasn't an hour as I expected. A good 10min of feet soaking and maybe 45min massage for the winter special $55 on a Sunday night. Normal price is $110.. So i don't think I will go again.

3 star as I feel I'm not satisfied with the time I have for my massage.Booked for an hour massage. Payed for an hour massage but got a 45mins massage instead. I checked the time. Not quite sure if the prep time is included on your massage time but when you say 1 hour massage, your clock should start when you start doing the massage. I was also called in 5 mins past my booking time. I'll give it a try again next time. The massage was great though.

I love this spa and been here a few times. Would definitely recommend. The customer service is very good and the massage is great. Sometimes the door between the recipient and the massage room is opened. It gets a bit noisy. Otherwise, it is a great little spa.
