Maliwan is exceptional. I have suffered lower back pain, tight hamstrings and knotted shoulders/neck for as long as I can remember. I have tried massage therapy before but this is another level. For the first time in my life I actually think I can be cured of deep seated pain. Maliwan is professionally trained in both Thailand and NZ, and it shows. Don't suffer a day longer. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Marley and Amy were excellent. They listened to our needs and massaged all our aches and pain away. Very friendly service. We always go back to them and highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience! The first impression was of a warm and welcoming environment and genuinely friendly staff. The room was pleasant with good ambiance and my masseuse was truly gifted in her ability to remove all of the tension and stress from my body making me feel more relaxed than I have ever felt before. It was like drifting off to another world and I couldn't believe how quickly that hour passed! I have never had a massage before that made me feel so mentally and physically rejuvenated. Next time I will make it a two hour booking.

They are back to being the best. I used to go there lots in 2015-17 then the new people were hired and from there the quality of massages went downhill. Now in July 20 they are putting effort. Well done

This is by far one of the best Thai massages in Auckland. The staff are professional, kind and considerate. The rooms are clean and tidy. The music is gentle. It's well priced and I always find a park outside. Thanks ladies!!

Went here for my second ever massage, this one was probably the best ever!! would highly recommend. I had A one hour full body massage and felt amazing afterwards so good after a very busy few weeks!

Just one word to say EXCELLENT in every sense. I had a full body oil massage . It was the most amazing experience. The place is really clean, organized, calm and soothing music. The therapist knows what hez doing. I will return whenever I feel tierd. A must-vist for everyone.

I've had, what I can say, is the best therapeutic massage I've ever had in my life at Privilege Thai with Vicki. It was literally transcendental, I feel like she's "fixed" what ails me, lol. And I can say that I'm rather a bit of a massage connoisseur and have tried so many different forms as well as different places for Therapy as well as relaxation. Well I have a very heavy 7 month old that I lug around all day, so I came in feeling quite broken. But let me tell you this was not for the faint-hearted, as she went DEEP and it HURT. But afterwards I literally feel like I'm a better functioning human being. And the endorphins kicked in straight after so my eyes are half mast currently i.e. I am one blissed out creature right now. Best $100 spent. Full. Stop. Edit: Since Vicki has left this establishment, every massage ( from 3 different people) has been either downright painful (in a bad way) or as if somebody is simply rubbing their hands over you. Disappointing and I don't come here anymore...
