Caroline is truly an inspiration and a wonderful soul. She has so many areas of expertise where she can help on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Her Reiki sessions are very in depth and I always feel so much more guided and in tune with my soul and true self after a treatment. The Warrior Journey courses were LIFE CHANGING. I would urge everyone to participate as it really helps you see the world and yourself in a very loving and compassionate light. Thank you Caroline for truly transforming my life. ❤️✨🙏🏽

It was so lovely to meet Caroline, she is genuinely a loving, beautiful soul. I am very thankful and grateful to have been able to work with her on my healing journey. Waking up the morning after our Healing session, I am feeling lighter, more positive and excited for the day ahead and those to come. I have more hope for the future, I’m excited to see my growth in a few months time as I have a really good feeling about her work. I was so blessed to be able to communicate with my mother who has passed on through Caroline, since my mothers passing Caroline is the first gifted soul who has been able to bless me with this special gift, I am thankful beyond words, this helped me get some long needed closure and along with Caroline helping me heal my trauma from this tough loss I am overall feeling more at peace with everything 💛👼

Caroline has a knack for zeroing in on physical and emotional tensions and using a range of tools and modalities to work with them and ease them. She provides a safe and supportive space for therapy. I always feel wonderful after a session with her even if the reasons for feeling "off" were unclear to me when I sought her services. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone seeking help with physical aches, pains, tensions. I would also highly recommend her to anyone wanting some direction, clarity or peace of mind in their life.

Caroline is simply fantastic, I love going to her, I leave feeling, relaxed, calm, and restored. She is incredibly intuitive and her work extends in many areas. My husband also loves having a session with her.

Caroline truly has magic hands - or should that be 'magic abilities,' as she comes in a total package of caring! Her skills as a masseuse are superb, as is her attitude to the 'job' she is doing. She never fails to improve how I feel, physically, emotionally and mentally. I highly recommend a treatment with her!

Caroline’s open nature and listening ear made me feel at ease from the beginning. She created a deep connection straight away which was very comforting. Our first session was filled with lots of great discussion and secondly the mind body connection she makes combined with her ability to read the messages your body sends out, is amazing. What I like the most is that she allows you to be the best version of yourself and get you to see the potential in yourself. I'd easily recommend to anyone go any see Caroline with an open mind and who knows what you may be able to do for yourself with her expert guidance.

Caroline has so many skills and all of those she uses in her treatments, from Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Warrior training, healing, toning, massage and working with the angelic realm. Because none fits all, she will tune in and see what is needed for you. Or you just ask for what you want :) and in need for. Every time it is different but always very satisfying. Caroline's ability to do this with passion and an open heart only adds to the experience. Have a go and see for yourself.

I love visiting Soul Direction and receiving Reiki and Healing sessions from Caroline. Caroline has a beautiful approach and I always leave feeling refreshed, renewed and with deeper insight into who I am. I have given a few gift cards for her services to friends of mine, as i highly recommend Caroline and Soul Direction's services to anyone thinking about going to see her.

I've done a Level 1 Reiki initiation with Caroline, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Caroline is a great teacher and has a way about her that puts you at ease, you feel seen and you feel heard

Caroline's courses have been transformational. I out of the first warrior journey I was able to fulfill on a lifelong dream to create an online business that has been very successful (beyond what I believed possible). My relationship with my partner went from being rocky and dramatic to one of respect and trust. Most of this came from looking within....but Caroline's courses made this possible. I also met some of the most extraordinary people - when you do this work you accidentally fall in love with everyone in your class. If I had to wrap it up into 3 words I would say - life long change. Highly recommend.

I have taken the Warrior Journey course and Advanced Warrior Journey and found the total experience to be very enriching and valuable. The combination of spiritual practices (meditation, breathing exercises, visualisations etc) with in-depth discussions created an atmosphere that encouraged emotional growth and and self-discovery. Caroline's excellent facilitation provided a safe, warm, and welcoming atmosphere in which to explore inner issues. The programme suits adults of all ages and stages in life who want to enhance their sense of self and well-being.
