Ive now had a one on one yoga therapy session with Jane, yoga teaching mentoring with her and attended her ‘bringing theory to practice’ workshop. In all of the experiences with Jane i felt seen and held. Jane has a way of presence and receptivity which allows her to know exactly what I needed in practice and theory. All of my encounters with Jane have been incredibly enriching in my own yoga practice as well as my teaching of yoga. As a new mum i found Janes workshops and mentoring to be integrative and a perfect bite size as I find a lot of yoga trainings to be immersions and inaccessible to me at this time. Thanks again, Jane.

I had a wonderful Indian head massage from Jane which left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed after a busy week. It was my first experience of this type of massage and Jane's explanation of the practice and it's origins was very enlightening. Thank you!

I had a great session with Jane who managed to help me shift a chronic persistent issue. I highly recommend the one on one session to really get to core of things. I was impressed by Janes knowledge and skills in body work and in particular in creating a caring and safe environment. The indian head massages are incredible, this was a new experience for me but it won't be the last!

Brilliant Chi Flow class with Craig on Saturday - a fantastic way to start the weekend. Chi Flow is gentle movement but provides a well rounded whole body workout. Craig's coaching style is excellent, he is very patient and sympathetic to a bloke that has minimal coordination. Keep up the good work Movewell.

I’ve been going to yoga classes with Jane a couple times a week for a couple months now and I’ve noticed a big change in how good my body feels. I’m a 50 year old woman and have done yoga on and off for many years but this is different - my body feels literally like it’s moving better. I have less ongoing pain and my core strength is coming on. The classes don’t seem particularly strenuous, it’s almost gentle but they really pack a punch. It’s like retraining you how to carry yourself. I’ve started doing a few of the exercises exercises in the mornings so I can maintain better and I’m dropping down to once a week. Jane is one special teacher!

I have been seeing Craig Dalton for muscle related problems and it has been great.
Craig has excellent knowledge and a fantastic professional demeanour.
Feeling the benefits of Manual Therapy combined with stretches and recommendations from Craig.
Movewell also provide a bunch of other services as well and I have recently started the Yoga classes which are very enjoyable.

I was introduced to Jane's yoga therapy a while back and found the yoga therapy hugely helpful in learning about my movement patterns and how to improve them to avoid pain. I have also attended some of her yoga classes which are always great.
I currently see Felicity for sports massage as well and am amazed by the improvement in my lower back pain. As well as the immediate benefit she's great at advising me on stretches to keep mobile between massages and following up with me to assess progress.
Strongly recommend both Jane and Felicity, couldn't be happier with Movewell.
