K.Geoff is a legend! Full of positive energy and love for what he does. Super friendly and is probably the most knowledgable professional I've came across. I was told by my physio back in the UK that there was a problem with my trapezium and was advised to do particular stretches . I've still had pain and had no change. If anything, the pain worsened. Geoff said its my scalene and since I've took his advice my pain is melting away. FINALLY AFTER 3 YEARS!! Totally reccomend him! Thanks a million Geoff and see you next time!
M.Geoff absolutely knows his stuff, and has trained and physio'ed olympic athletes. Also a good freind
