Theres something special about supporting small local businesses and the massages on offer here are the best. Pat knows her craft. Going into that space on a Friday after work with its oils, soft lighting and relaxing music set the scene for the attention my body so needed after working online from home for three weeks during lockdown. The massage was amazing. She found where the tension was and released them with varied technique and just the right amount of pressure.

Didn't use the gym facilities, but had a deep tissue massage from Reuben... amazing, the best massage I've had in a good while. Definitely going back again.
