Fantastic. I have had issues with my lower back that's gradually spread to the rest of my back and shoulders as well as hip issues with muscles tightening to compensate. It's been a constant battle since that injury 15 years ago and only a good proper therapeutic massage seems to help. I have been to lots over the years and Phon is at the top of the list. As others have mentioned she is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand what the issues are and work towards them. Since finding her I have gone every week and it's so great to have some relief from the ongoing tension and pain. Truly professional in every sense and great value to boot. I believe in giving credit where it's due and it's certainly due here.

I was a bit sore after my first 1hr session on Saturday, but boy do i feel so much better now. The main thing that makes Phon stand out from the rest? She really cares, she knew i needed alot of work on my issues but she didn't let the clock dictate what she thought i needed. That was definitely a refreshing change!! Beautiful setup she has at home too. I'm a big fan of you Phon, see you next Saturday :-)
