I went in feeling very sore with a tight shoulder/neck and left feeling a whole lot better! To give some background- I've had more massages over the years than most have had hot dinners!.. but clearly not enough of the right ones. Also years ago I went here when there were several therapists and left bitterly disappointed at what seemed like someone poking my back with their finger with no skill or experience at all. Bravely and thankfully I gave this place "another go". Instead of several therapists, this time there was just one and thank goodness it was her! She quickly picked up an imbalance and competently applied several therapies to help me. She was very experienced, great sense of humour and if I win lotto- I'm taking her home as my personal masseuse! :) haha... ..she was fabulous!.. I'll definitely be back..
