I went for the 90 minute stretch plus back massage - it was amazing. The tightness in my hips and lower back were completely open after the stretching and over the period of 2 days my back and shoulders felt like they were more aligned and relieved of pressure. Making this a monthly necessity and was super grateful for at home exercises Tim gave me to do daily. Highly recommended.

Tim listens to what you need and gets the pressure just right. He gives good guidance and has a really practical approach. Each time I've booked in, the massage is tailored to meet my needs on the day and the location of pain and muscle tightness. I have no hesitation highly recommending him.

Tim really knows what he’s doing. I've had a sore back for quite a few years now and he has not only given me the most amazing massages, but is also suggesting exercises etc that I can do at home. His massage technique is very relaxing but greatly therapeutic. My issues were dealt with in one session. I took a back and neck massage with Tim and I must say it was the best massage I had. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the best he knows exactly what he does. I have taken many massages over the years but no one could massage the rigth spots so well that I could feel a great relieve right after the massage itself.
