N.Sarah supported us through the birth of our baby boy and also in the weeks and months following his arrival. The emotional and practical support she provided was invaluable! With my family all overseas, I was nervous how we would cope without their support, but Sarah really filled that gap.
During labour, she was calming and informative and provided a lot of practical tips to manage the pain - she also gave an incredible pressure point massage during my contractions!
After we came home from the hospital I looked forward to her during her regular visits. As a mum of 3 herself, she always had helpful advice and shared a lot of resources on everything from caring for baby, finding a physio, meeting mums in the community and more. She provided such loving and gentle care for our boy and I felt so relaxed leaving him with her. She’s calm, confident in her abilities and very nurturing, and we highly recommend her services for any expectant or new parents.
J.Sarah has been a treasure since the birth of our baby! Both my husband and I are new to Wellington and have no family support, so having Sarah to give advice, wisdom, relief, help and massages has been invaluable. She is thoughtful, kind, excellent company and our daughter adores her. We are so grateful to have Sarah as our doula.
