Have been going to Sawaddee Thai Massage for about 7 years and always get the best massage. Went today with a very sore shoulder and Chawiwan did a wonderful job working on it. Always very clean and a very enjoyable relaxing professional experience everytime. Felt 100 percent better when I walked out ,as i always do.Thank you for the amazing massage. 10 out 10.

We were only in Nelson for a night so booked very late. They were obliging and even willing to stay behind their normal opening hours to just fit us in. Their hands worked like magic and after an hour, both my husband and I were feeling refreshed. For the initial 5 minutes, they were constantly checking with us if the pressure was okay, once they were sure, they just kept quiet and gave us the massage that we so much needed. These ladies are hospitable, courteous and absolutely professional. We would absolutely recommend their services.

Not sure about Smokey Al's review as I have experience the opposite. I have found the girls to be totally professional and appreciate their expertise in delivering outstanding service. Have had no problems talking to the girls and I clearly understand their instructions as they explain the whys and how's of what the process is. It is a friendly, warm and very welcoming place and I feel very comfortable. I have spoken to so many people who have been in for a massage and they have all had nothing but positive comments. I highly recommend all to book a massage and enjoy a Thai massage at Sawaddee Thai Massage Richmond.

Amazing, restorative thai deep tissue massage. One of the best around!

Massage is amazing. Great for pain, but customer service skills need improvement. Although this could be due to a culture difference and language barrier. I was effectively told to not come again because I make too many loud noises during each massage. This was after coming for several weeks, sometimes twice a week. If you find yourself responsive to massage that makes you express pain relief in a verbal way, then Sawaddee Thai Massage is not the place for you due to them effectively telling their clients to not come back when you acidentally express yourself verbally in a loud way. Once again, their attitude towards loud noises during massage could quite possibly be due to culture difference and language barrier. The owner is incorrect in their comment. I recall that they only told me about my "noise" in the most recent massage. They did not give me an opportunity to be quieter. Your massages are awesome but your customer service definitely needs improvement. Again, possibly due to a language barrier and culture barrier.

I highly recommend to all to book an appointment with Sawaddee Thai Massage in Richmond. I am over 60 yrs old and very thankful that my wife's Aunty recommended I try Thai Massage. My body was in a bad state being stiff and hard like wood from years of working hard. In the past I have tried Physio, other massage techniques and medication. From the first visit a month ago I now have more flexibility, sleeping through the night and NO pain. They listen to me when I find it hard going and change the pressure until I am alot looser. The rooms are very clean, smells nice, warm and comfortable. The staff make me feel at home and most of all they know what they are doing. Thank you very much.

Probably I have visited most of the Thai massage therapists in Auckland recently moved to Nelson by far the best place of all.. reasons: I have a chronic shoulder pain and Nicky concentrated on it with good pressure finding the knots. My shoulder feels so much better by evening. Please keep up the good work will definitely be visiting regularly!

Was recommended to Sawaddee and finally popped in today. Lucky me, they were free in 25 minutes. I arrived back at the appointed hour and was promptly seen by the lovely Wi. Massage room was spacious, spotless and towels were crisp and clean. To top it all off the massage was excellent. Will definitely return.

I dont think you would find a better place to get s massage than here. All the girls are amazing always happy and laughing. Patti who ive seen twice now is incredable at what she does. And i can trust her totally to fix my tight shoulders and legs. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. And i do travel 3 hrs each way to see her. Totally worth it.
