We come here regularly after our Caci clinic appointment. They're always well mannered and comforting. We change our preference based on our needs so we've had thr Thai Massage, Hot Stones and Herbal Compress. We get the Thai Massage when our bodies are sore or we have blocks, the Herbal Compress for sore body but help with wairua, the hot stone for sore body and relaxation.

Highly recommend for a relaxing massage! Let them know what you are looking for and they will deliver. The rooms are great with a calming ambiance.

So I’ll start by saying the staff there were very very nice, the venue was good & the pricing was good. The massage itself was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My only problem (and it’s a big one) was when I stood up after my massage I couldn’t move my neck. I’m writing this review the next day and I’m still having significant problems with it; needless to say, I walked out worse than when I walked in. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 star instead of a 3 is because I never gave them a chance to fix the problem (I left town almost straight after), and the staff there were so nice!

Was treated here by my mama for my birthday WOW hands down the most amazing experience, had a full body hot rock massage and foot massage. The ladies were so wonderful! The venue itself, music, lighting and all round ambience was so lovely. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thankyou so much ladies!!

Absolutely amazing massage. On Mothers Day, my mum, sister and I treated ourselves. Our booking was made incorrectly however the management and staff quickly rebooked us. We received a special rate and box of chocolates on arrival. Thank you very much. We will all be back.

This was the best massage my husband and I ever had. Both therapists were spot-on and knew how to cater to our existing niggles and long term injuries. Very friendly staff. The manager John was awesome to deal with. Would recommend this place anytime.

After the TUM 50k run they knew exactly what we needed to avoid extreme soreness. Friendly, very professional, relaxing atmosphere, great communication. They found every single knot and released it, felt so good. Super clean equipment and great sense of humour. Thank you for rounding up the weekend with a great treatment, super value for money!

This place is insanely good. My body has never felt so good and so destroyed after a massage. It was like they turned me to jelly. I felt amazing the days afterwards. Will definitely go here again.

Far beyond any other massage, the experiences at Thai Studio always impress our family with the skill, attentiveness, and overall relaxation. If you can, try one of the herbal ball or Tok Sen massages as well.

Excellent massage! One of the BEST ever and I’ve had many. Went back for a second one a couple days later before continuing our trip through NZ. Was a thai massage with Nicha, which had the best of sports, pressure points, and stretching massage. Amazing after a few days of outdoor activities. Cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic massage and even greater service. Massage-wise, the stretches and applied pressure were on point and catered to individual needs. By the time it was over, we (3 people) were reluctant to leave. Service-wise, the ladies were not only polite and friendly, they also extended the massage duration for all of us by 10 minutes for free. They also gifted us with enough bottles of water to fill a backpack. On top of all these, the prices were modest (lower than most massage places we had encountered in the past). Will definitely visit again the next time we go to Rotorua.

Had aba week ofpof sightseeing and adventure in Rotorua booked a relaxing hot stone massage for our last day int own. As soon as you open the door the atmosphere is tranquil and inviting. The therapist was friendly and made sure throughout the massage that I was comfortable and I left feeling very relaxed. Emily at reception was friendly and accommodating and booked us in for a same day treatment which suited our 'unplanned' itinerary. Overall would recommend this lovely studio to anyone wanting needing a massage. Will defiantely rebook if/when I'm back in Rotorua!

I had a traditional Thai massage and went back for a tok sen, both were wonderful! Belle is wonderful. I highly recommend this studio. Only one thing I would change, I go to a similar open walled massage studio at home and as you walk in there is a sign “ treatments in process please whisper”. The receptionist only whispers and in turn so do the clients and when they don’t they are asked to. It’s more relaxing when not listening to people speaking at normal voice level on the other side of the curtains. But Let me stress this place is highly recommended! Noreen

Would highly recommend, the ladies are lovely. Always checking with me that the pressure was okay. Felt so amazing to get rid of my tension, slept like a baby that night. Love that they are open weekends and open late. Reasonably priced. Will be going back.

The best massage my partner and I have ever had. They fixed all the problem areas and found others we weren't aware we had! Truly authentic with gentle stretches. The perfect amount of pressure in exactly the correct spots, they knew what they were doing! Thai massages these days have become a competition of how much pain can you handle in the same way Indian food can often be about how hot can you take it but like a flavourful homemade meal, this massage was from the heart and soul. I can't remember the woman's name who did my massage (sorry) but my bad shoulder is fixed! Many thanks!

Julie did an amazing job! I booked and paid thirty minutes and got fifty minutes of heaven! The massage hit all the right spots and was even better than the last I got in Bangkok. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Rotorua. Such a great parlor!
