Excellent service! It was as if it was Oscar's life mission to remove the tension/knots from my shoulders and back, and my god, he did his absolute best. Expert work, could feel the individual muscles being worked on. If you're feeling tense, this is your guy.

Tracey is awesome. A couple of years going to specialists and physios with no relief for shoulder and arm pain, I came across Tracey’s trigger point therapy. Interpreting my body’s responses to therapy, Tracey was able to target key areas and reduce the pain within just a few sessions. With further trigger point sessions, I am now gratefully pain free with significant increase in shoulder movement. Brilliant stuff and highly recommended.

I've been seeing Tracey for several years and she is so excellent at what she does. She listens to you and has given me the best massages ever to relieve the neck pain and tension headaches that I have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her from relief of pain and tension.

I had forgotten what it was like to not have back / shoulder pain. Tracey made a huge difference right from the first session, like no other massage therapist / physiotherapist has been able to do before (I have been to a lot!!). At first I went quite regularly while she sorted out the problems, but now only need to go ever few months for a 'top up' - even when I do get pain now it is nowhere near how bad it used to be before I went to Tracey. Tracey is enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable when talking about the body and what impact different muscles will have. I don't get 'relaxing massages' as I know they will not help, the massages can hurt a bit, but Tracey is always very responsive to my body and what I am telling her, regularly checking in. She explains why what she is doing may be a little uncomfortable. I also like that I have never felt 'pushed' into booking another session, and she obviously takes pride in doing the very best she can in the time she has each session. I would recommend Tracey to any of my friends (and have done)

I had the most beautiful hot stone massage from Shannon - truly the best massage I've ever had! Very professional and such a calming environment in the room and I felt very comfortable - so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Ignore the one star HOAX review For the customer service and The pricing they offer for their treatments. Its truly worth the money you pay for! Suffering from years of back pain, they listened to the issues very well and could tell where I was tense. They went the extra mile, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced. I've already recommended Alleviate Therapy to my friends! I will definitely be back.
