Great team. Positive and efficient on the job, patient with us while we change our minds about where the heavy stuff should go in a given room. Respectful, and careful with belongings and house alike. And of course, you can't beat their price. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs to move.

Yes I will highly recommend this company to whoever is planning to move in Auckland. Arti, the staff, responded to our email and call straight away and answer to the points straight away. The moving staff came to our home 10 min before the actual trading time, which surprised us (as a couple of movers we used before was late for the time - the worst was one hour and a half!). The staff were experienced and efficient, did not have a time for long break, and they even carried an upright piano to our new property with 10 steps; that was amazing. The price was reasonable, and there was no hiding cost, which relieved us. So simply put, we were overall happy with the moving experience. We will definitely use this company again.

so organised and patient, and handled everything expertly. Our move went smooth because of them. I asked them to: deliver moving boxes two days in advance, pack up the whole kitchen, and then move the whole 3-bedroom house. each task was done efficiently. kitchen was packed carefully.

Very happy with their services. The 2 guys were very strong & quick at job.didn’t waste any time. Nothing was damaged at all. Truck was quite big for one load of larger houses. Everything went smooth for us. Thank you.

Andre Hiku and Dave Wilkinson helped us move. They arrived on time, were quick but careful with our stuff, and nice, professional, folk to have around. Would recommend them.

I have found Central Furniture Movers very accommodating with slotting me in such short notice. The truck was more than adequate for the job and the men they had to get the job done worked efficiently and in a good manner.

I used Central Furniture Movers twice in a fortnight and both times were exceptional – Mike, Eddie and Sean were highly professional and great to deal with during a rather stressful time – they made the move so much easier and were a delight to deal with and went out of their way to relieve much of the stress of moving on me and my family. I also appreciated their special trip stopover to drop off some my Mum who has acute dementia’s equipment at the hotel we were staying at. I highly recommend their services. The second move involved Seyn and John and we could not fault their services – kind, respectful and humorous and hardworking to try and meet a 5 hour constraint – I could not be happier with their performance – give Central Furniture Movers a go! They did a great job shifting us from Avondale, Auckland to up north 😊 then a week or so later they shifted my mum as well. As well as the normal house stuff they shifted mums piano very carefully. Also as mum's a keen gardener they shifted the contents of 2 garden sheds, empty compost bin, wheel barrows, concrete pavings slabs etc an 20 banana boxes of mums shorter plants with lids on and the bottoms lined with plastic. It was not a normal move and mum's piano and the fact we could move her plants was fantastic. Owen, Willy, George and Cody were great! Hardworking, efficient and friendly. Our family highly recommends Central Furniture Movers. 😊

This is the second time we have used central furniture movers, first time was from Whangarei to snells beach, and now from snells beach to Napier. The service is perfect, they kept me informed by email and phone. Text on the day to confirm what time they would arrive. When they tuned up, they had a plan, and moved us with no issues. Happy and friendly team. Would definitely use them again.

Overall an okay experience but there is some scope of improvement. Sizewise the moving was for a small 3 bedroom unit/home. On a postive side - The communication was clear, easy right from the beginning and kept us informed throughout about the process, truck requirments and the delays that happened on the move day due to bad weather. The 2 guys were easy to deal with and were very friendly. We got a 45 cubic meter truck and was big enough to do the move and took around 4½ hours as esimated earlier. Payments also was done soon after and it was all sorted. However on the other side observed below: Improvement areas - Some of the items got damaged/scratched because of the way they were put on the ground or dragged while adjusting. Minor things are acceptable but they are quite visible so not sure what can be done about them now. The computer table has its leg broken and refrigerator got a slight dent on the front side, small centre table missing a covering which makes it useless. Treadmill also has an end damaged. The handling of the goods to be improved definitely. Guys did there best but it is what it is.

We are very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of this team. They arrived a little early and worked quickly and efficiently. They even beat my husband to the new house even though he left a fair while before them! Mike, Zane and Cody were friendly and efficient, whilst showing care and control over our items. They took initiative and spotted extra things we hadn't considered to load the truck so we got good value for money. Our toddler son loved watching the big truck come down the driveway and was very entertained. Arti, the man behind the email communication was also top notch. We will definitely use this company again, thanks for making moving a lot easier.

Used Central Furniture Movers twice in the past 2 months. Very prompt arrival both times. The 3 men who moved our belongings were hard working, wasting no time doing the job. They were also very careful taking care with our belongings. Nothing was damaged. Crew were also friendly and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend this company.

I Emailed through a 3rd party for free moving quotes, Arti came back in record time with the best quote, and was super easy to deal with to make booking! Mike and Sean turned up on time and got straight to work. They were friendly and professional and made the chore of moving a breeze, highly recommend these guys, will definitely be booking them again and recommending them to others 5 Stars!!!

The team showed up on time and were ready to go :). The option we went for was a truck and 3 movers. Movers were professional and very effiencient, total pros at moving. They were very careful with our things and navigated around the glass staircase with expertise, while carrying dresser drawers! We highly recommend this company. Thank you Central Furniture Movers!!

Thank you so much for the super speedy and safe arrival of our cabinet. Cabinet was picked up from Auckland Thursday and delivered to Wellington Friday. That’s awesome service!!
