V.I had such a great experience with Eco Movers. In the past we've had dropped appliances, damaged furniture and uncommunicative moves leaving you waiting for them to arrive. This was 100% not the case with Eco Movers. From the start, the team were communicative, on time and clear with the process. We even changed the date and this was no hassle. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
R.Had such a good experience with Eco Movers this morning for my move. I had some challenging items and they were so careful and methodical with how they moved them into my new home. Ethan and Andre were such lovely people as well, nothing was a challenge and they worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and would use for all my future moves.

We had to move from upstairs and they were very fit and experienced in maneuvering furniture. They were careful around corners. S.Had the Eco Movers team help us move from our 3 bedroom apartment with multiple windy staircases into a 3 bedroom house with a steep driveway and a tight front door. The Eco Movers team had no issues dealing with both and happily did so. The guy who drove the huge truck was also a beast, navigating through the driveway of the new house with ease. Due to the front door being pretty narrow, we had to improvise to get a three-seater couch upstairs. The experienced duo knew what the best course of action was, and so what I thought was going to be a big deal was a simple procedure.
The booking system was straightforward and the communication from their support team was prompt and professional. Was very easy to go through and discuss what the best options were for what we needed.
Definitely recommend the EcoMovers team, and if I'm moving house again, I'd gladly have them back.

B.I had a large 1800x45x1200 high 350kg glass fish tank to move from Auckland to Papamoa. Mark and his driver were fantastic to deal with picking the tank then making it all the way through the covid border, arriving and helping place the tank in the correct place. Would definitely use them again.

P.I booked a 22 cubic metre truck with 2 guys to move stuff into a storage space. The guys went above and beyond by packing everything into the truck in half an hour and figured out the best way to unpack into storage by utilising the space. Emails and phone calls were attended to. I have booked them twice and will keep booking them in the future. Great service!

S.I moved from a top floor apartment to a new residence last week using Eco Movers and in particular Lewis and Duke. I have to say it was a very difficult move for the team given the transit from the apartment to the truck parked in the street outside, but they handled it with pride and professionalism. It was a long day but everything went as smoothly as could be expected the the boys didn't lose site of the end goal or their sense of humour.
If you want a move done right under difficult conditions I recommend Eco Movers, they are reliable, professional and deliver on time.

The moving guys are very courteous, careful and respectable. They checked everything first. They were careful with the carpets and the floor too. They arrived on time.

The only thing was if they could've provided their own drop sheets then it'd be perfect - it'd save me from having to get them myself.

The men came and asked for reassurance for furniture staying and things that needed to go in the truck.
They did an awesome job going up and down in the elevators and not damaging anything, carrying things or using the trolley, keeping in mind the little space they had to maneuver in.

From the time I had contacted their customer service for getting more info on moving house (which truck should I book, rates, how to get my furniture ready for the move, etc), to the actual transport of all our household items, Eco Movers have been really professional in the way they handled the move. Even though we were moving from the 1st floor of an apartment, they ensured that everything was handled with care and transported safely. Definitely will recommend to those planning to move house.
A.Moved from a 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom house about 5 minutes away.
Glad they could offer their service so close to the actual date of removal, at affordable rates. The movers ended up having to move more than we had thought but they handled it perfectly. Saw that they treated every item with care and covered furniture with blankets as well as harnessing them in place.
The only things that could have been better, were the communication with the call centre team before the movers arrived. Had to call multiple times in order to confirm the truck and the movers were on their way. But other than that, they were great and glad we picked them.

Suggestion to admin team. At the start of the slot (at 8 AM for 8-10 slot), please message/call the customer to confirm the booking and then keep them updated about when the movers will arrive. That would have been a better customer experience.
K.I don't usually write reviews, but I was really impressed with how Eco Movers operated. We moved from Botany to Mt Wellington with the help of one of their 33-cube trucks and two movers. They were on time and extremely careful with all of our belongings. Every item was strapped in and had additional protection placed over them in the truck (even things we had already bubble-wrapped). I definitely recommend their services to those who are moving house.

They were a bit late due to some issues with their truck but instead made up for it by providing an extra man for my job so in the end the job finished in lesser time and the guys were very friendly and they knew their stuff. Highly professional and went a long way to assist me in the best ways. Much appreciated and will definitely go with them the next time I'm moving and will recommend to my friends as well.

S.Eco movers helped us move our apartment into storage in Auckland on a Sunday. They were on time. Professional. Tricky furniture was not a problem. And so reasonably priced. We are going to use them again when we move from storage into our new home in a few weeks. Definitely recommend.
A.My mum and I had a very satisfying experience with Eco Movers! Mark and Ben had come to help us move house. Even though they arrived late they were constantly updating us about how far they were and their ETA. Also the quality of service they provided more than made it up!!! and so the fact that they were not on time became insignificant. Mark and Ben both were extremely friendly, patient and efficient. Not only did they take a lot of care in moving our carton boxes and various other items but they were also as fast as practical in loading and unloading from their truck. I am super confident that if you get this duo then they will make your move very comfortable and stress free.
3 weeks before the move I was extremely stressed regarding which moving company would be the best. I started reading the reviews and was put off by the reviews of most companies. Then a friend of mine who had used Eco Movers before, recommended them to me. Still when I called them to inquire I was a little skeptical and under-confident about what to expect as this was my first move ever. Very luckily when I called Eco Movers Mark picked up the phone. He talked to me so nicely constantly reassuring me that Eco Movers would take the utmost care in making my move comfortable. It would be hard to believe but having sensed that I was very nervous regarding the move, Mark gave me 45 minutes (45 minutes!!! who does that these days!!?) over the phone and that too at 9pm at night when he had just finished a job (and I tell you, these guys work extremely hard, doing so much physical exertion!). Not only that, he was giving me genuine ideas about sourcing cartons from supermarkets etc. so that I would not have to spend on them. These events on that day really gave me assurance that I would not go wrong with choosing Eco Movers when they have a person like Mark who is so thoughtful.
Coming to Ben. He is such a friendly and thoughtful guy that I cannot stress it enough. It was not very long ago that he started to work with Eco Movers HOWEVER when it came to the way he worked, just wonderful!!! He seemed to be very experienced. While moving some heavy items like the bed base he was very careful and mindful. One thing which he said particularly touched me. At one point during the move he said to me during a conversation - "Of course I will carry all these items with utmost care, don't you worry, as I know that you guys have collected some of these over your lifetime and they are very important to you". Now when you hear someone saying something like that to you, you are bound to be impressed and can confidently say that that person genuinely cares about your articles. He is amazing!
All in all, Mark and Ben were a fantastic duo who showed great team work and they left mum and me very impressed, satisfied and happy :) I am definitely going to use Eco Movers in my next move!

A.The booking process was fine, the responses were really fast and they were really kind on the phone. There was a bit of confusion with the truck size to order, I communicated with 2 different people who had different recommendations.
They advertise a 10% discount off your first booking on their website if you sign up for their email list. I signed up, but they would not honour the advertisement stating that was only for their first month of business and that they needed to take it down. It’s been a few weeks and the advertisement is still up there...
The movers were very lovely. They were really quick and efficient, but they did struggle to move our couch. It’s light, but it’s a big 3 seater. It took them 45 minutes to get it in the house and once in the house they damaged the wall. The company was aware of this (the movers took pictures) and they not reach out to us about it, they just sent us the bill for the extra time the movers took (and had the due date set for 10 days prior). We negotiated but their offer was to take off 30 minutes off the price for the service, and we pay to plaster and paint the wall, or they fix it, but charge is the whole time the movers were there. We chose to fix it ourselves and have 30 minutes of the movers time taken taken off the bill, but really, it shouldn’t have taken 45 minutes to get the couch inside. The damage was caused because they needed to be able to lift one side of the couch over a half wall to make the corner, but they weren’t able to do that.
I was very impressed with how they were able to move the beds through a really tortuous pathway without taking them apart. But in general, the way that the company didn’t reach out and apologise to us, offer to fix the damage or offer take anything off the bill (while charging us for the extra 45 minutes it took to move a couch) until i negotiated with them took a few stars away for us. Otherwise the movers were good, they were on time, communicated well and were very kind. They came recommended to me by a friend that was really happy with them.

The owner himself (Mark) and Luis (manager) did the moving for us. They were very professional and friendly. They took care of the items and ensured there were no scratches on walls and doors. What I particularly liked was they disassembled/reassembled our beds, which would have taken forever to do without their tools.

The last-minute sick call pulled by one of Mark's employee caused a 90-minute delay of our move. However, Mark communicated well with me during the delay and was very reassuring. Thanks to Luis for replacing the sick guy in such a short notice.

A.Good service from Ecomovers, the main driver was very polite and respectful. They were running late to scheduled time but they communicated this well. I accidentally left a piece of my bed behind which the driver kept in touch the next day and returned on his own time which is much appreciated. My only comment was that the guys needed a little bit more direction/help than other companies I've used previously however I do note that one of the guys seemed like he was in training / was new to the job.

k.Reliable and safe. I was happy with the quick response from Mark and arranging a vehicle in a days notice. Mark gave proper guidance as this was my first time shifting house. The movers were friendly and planned well before loading the items. The items were well tied and held strong inside the truck. C.Excellent service and such a quick turn around. Collected in Wellington on the Wednesday and furniture delivered the very next day in Auckland. Cannot rate them highly enough. They were by far the cheapest and we were concerned about that (because you hear horror stories about cheap not always being the best) and when we asked why....we were told it's because this is what ALL removal agencies should be charging. Mark sticks to honest pricing. Absolutely fantastic. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

House moving and of cleaning up after the end of tenancy are two major stress factors for everyone who goes through the process. With the help of Eco Movers and their team of Lewis and Mutthu the entire process went smoothly. They did a great job by carefully planning the entire moving from point A to point B, all was done in the stipulated time. Lewis gave us regular updates and provided that extra support and great customer service that we needed in this stressful time. Later the team at Eco Movers also sent their cleaners across to tidy up and clean up the old place so that we could focus our energy towards settling into the other house, rather than go through the trouble of cleaning it. A.Little unhappy but overall satisfied, unhappy because didn’t get what I requested for while booking, they sent one person instead of two so I had to give a helping hand, and sent 13m3 truck instead of 22m3 truck. Other than that, no issue, the guy Mark has done an excellent job by moving and delivering the furniture with care. I will be happy if they return me the said amount as compensation for all the hassle I got on that day.

V.These guys were so incredibly respectful and polite, and I am so grateful that they helped me out on such short notice when another moving company cancelled. They were clearly very skilled at moving my stuff safely even though it was a tricky move with many breakable items and a narrow staircase. My only concern is that they are called eco movers but use a bigger truck than necessary for a move and then leave the engine idling while they work, making for a VERY non eco-friendly move. I think using a bigger truck, while they recommended it at discount, also added significant time onto my move because of the difficultly navigating (and so increased the cost) so this wasn't ideal. Overall, though, this was a quality service.
A.The team of 2 very firendly guys helped us move to a new house. First they introduced themselves, told about their plocies and when the time we'll pay starts. They kept 2m distance from us all the time and praised us for the good packaging we did by ourselves.
They did care about our belongings and wrapped into additional blanckets.

C.Moving in itself is a stressful experience. My partner and I knew we could not do it on our own and soon realized that we would need to find a company to help us. After doing some research we discovered eco movers and gave them a call. From the first conversation we noticed how professional and polite they were. Within hours we received a reasonable quote and everything was organized.
On the day of the move. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Without a doubt the best moving experience we have ever had. Our furniture was handled with great care. Mark and his colleagues were courteous when loading and unloading the furniture. During the move we discovered our furniture would not fit into the truck. Mark immediately offered a solution and without hesitation said they would go back to Auckland to fetch the second load for a very reasonable extra fee. After hours and hours on the road and packing, they still delivered high quality work. I highly recommended company and without a doubt I would give them a call if we are to move again.
Not only did they help us with our move, but delivered excellent cleaning services. After they loaded all our belongings, they got to work to clean the house. They exceeded our expectations and did a thorough job. I could see that this company strives for an excellent reputation and they care about your home. With a meticulous attention to detail (corners of cupboards, tiles and carpets) and speed, they were able to clean every surface of our house. I highly recommend this company.

V.Fantastic movers, Lewis and James worked very efficiently with a great attitude! The administrative side was a difficult, had made booking online for cleaners and movers. payed deposit and called to confirm booking the night before move via phone. We were told the movers were going to arrive at 10:30am but came at 9:00am. The cleaners never turned up, we were told that we never made a booking despite having confirmed it over the phone the night before. However the team were able to help us out and did a fantastic job cleaning the house, even better than what the house originally looked like.

N.Overall had some issues but the company took my feedback on board and compensation was offered. The movers were 3.5 hours late to the job and took a significant amount of time to load the truck. When we got to the new house the unloading was rather slow so I ended up helping with unloading the truck. When I contacted the office about this afterwards, I was offered a voucher to use for their other services, so I appreciate the gesture, despite the issues had. They have made it clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority and I look forward to even better service when I use their voucher/ services next time.
s.Booked to move to our new home - access to new apartment was slightly difficult but movers made lots of effort to keep our furniture clean and free from scratches etc. very hard working and efficient. Worked well beyond their finish time to get the job done and with great communication and interpersonal skills. They did arrive late to the job but gave a good reason for this and certainly made up for their late arrival. I would use them again for future moves.

They ensured the furniture and boxes are placed safely and loaded/unloaded every item with due care. The guys who came to help were efficient, friendly and considerate. N.Everything worked out perfectly well except for the fact that they were late to the pick up venue which is understandable due to the traffic conditions on the day which caused them to be stick with the previous work (motorway accident). They had to send someone else to do the moving for the same reason, but even then those who came were very helpful and did their job in the best possible way. Customer service was also really good.

C.I had a good experience with eco movers as they were friendly. It's probably good that they do not rush the process then make a mistake. To be fair it was raining during the move so they had to be careful and took time setting up the tarp to shelter from the rain. I did feel they took care of my stuff like they would their own so it helped lessen the stress of moving. I signed up for 2 men and a truck but Joe came along - he charged me extra for that. All in all, I'm just grateful everything was stress-free, nothing broken.

We had a challenging situation as there’s a big slope in front of our house so everything had to be carried uphill towards the truck, and all things had to be tied back in the truck to avoid falling over, not to mention we had a lot of more-than-usual heavy furnitures to move... The job took 12 hours, from morning to night, much longer than we imagined (we under-estimated the level of difficulty), but they maintained that professional attitude and work ethics until the very last minute. They also had many tools to make sure the hard-to-carry items were well protected, and to help us dissemble furnitures. Overall I just want to say thank you so much for your hard work! It hasn’t been easy!

A.Mixed feelings on EcoMovers - despite the 10 day notice I gave them, and some details I emailed during the invoicing, I then received a call the night before the move which basically changed everything I had organised - the time, the truck, the number of guys, and the price (incidentally, different to the original quotes too!) However, Joe was honest, polite, and great to deal with, and we made a plan based on his experienced suggestions. They then arrived 1/2 hour late on the day, but kept in communication with me which helped. The whole process seemed slow, possibly a lack of experience in the 2 moving guys, but all our stuff was packed, moved and unpacked damage-free and with minimal fuss. We had 2 tricky driveways to deal with, and Joe handled them like a pro! Overall the booking process was easy, Joe was great, the move was handled at fairly good value for money, but I think initial communications and lack of clear information lets them down a bit.

T.Totally unreliable company. First mow was perfect but then the problems started. Price went up twice after the first mow so the cheap price was a bait to get you to use their services. They were meant to mow every two weeks but they didn't and showed up when they wanted. The worst was having to have our Xmas bbq in ankle high grass and weeds because they FAILED to show up and did not even have the courtesy to call. Terrible service and will never recommend these guys to anyone.
