Chelsea delivers on all her promises! An absolutely stress free moving experience. Their service is pretty exceptional. Cannot believe my wardrobe was hung up colour coded! The wine cellar was put together in regions, types and years..cleaning service provided and unwanted items taken to whether appropriate.No fuss, no bother.

I am a house manager and recently worked with Chelsea and her team to coordinate a large and complex move with multiple locations involved. From start to finish she made the process so simple and seamless. It is clear she is incredibly experienced and honestly blew me away with the services she offers! Chelsea and the team at The Moving Planner made moving out of our family home and on to our next adventure an absolute breeze. The team were professional, organized, punctual, easy to work with and the list goes on! Everyone knows how difficult and stressful moving can be and Chelsea made this the easiest move we have ever done! There were some hiccups along the way on my part and she never found it a problem she just always came up with solutions. By the time Chelsea and her team were finished everything had it’s place and we’re able to relax with a glass of bubbles on the couch with no tasks on the list for the next day as she had completed them all. Chelsea was extremely professional. Not only was she well-organised, but was able to help us muddle through the challenges of getting our house ready to live in. I only wish I'd known about her and her team before we started packing up our old house. What I really appreciated was Chelsea's great communication and flexibility as the sand shifted under our feet. We thoroughly enjoyed her company as well. The Moving Planner. Where do I start? Why do I have so much stuff? This is going to take for ages. These are the concerns I had prior to my move from St Mary’s Bay to Kumeu , but all were resolved upon discovering The Moving Planner. The feeling sense of stress and panic gone. The detail and every boxed ticked attitude that I received from the owner of the company had me sold. The move itself was seamless, nothing I have ever experienced when moving previously. From the carbon neutral reusable moving boxes to the styling of my new home; everything was as promised. I find when it comes to moving it takes at least a week to feel comfortable in your new home but with The Moving Planner it was done by 5pm on the move day. I couldn't be any happier with how it went and I highly recommend this company to anyone who either hates the process of moving or is short on time due to life stresses, THE MOVING PLANNER will sort you out and you'll be sharing the same excitement of a new home as I did. I also found that the owner and her team were so accomodating and kind. She made us feel excited and comfortable, along with listening to all our wants and needs. Highly recommend this service and what a great idea.
