J.Due to a change in our circumstance we did not end up using Transworld for our international move, but I wanted to make sure I left a positive review about our exceptional customer experience during the quote process :) From getting a rough ballpark quote, to a house survey, the staff (Deborah and Sue) were so friendly, helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to work with us to explore different scenarios, were upfront and honest when explaining the changing shipping costs, and they even gave us tips for our arrival/customs. We would definitely recommend them to others!
L.I was greatly impressed by the services provided by Transworld International Removals in helping us move permanently from Auckland to London. The service was fast and efficient from the point of providing highly competitive quotes for the removal, keeping to timelines, packing of good and the invoicing/payments process. The branch manager Melissa, was easy to contact and kept us briefed at every step of the process. Full marks for effective communication. The staff that came to pack and transport our goods were fast, efficient, highly courteous and well-informed. We have been given estimated dates for the arrival on the goods in the UK, which coincides with our own arrival dates in the UK. I would highly recommend the company, especially for long distance overseas moves.
Just to add, we were kept fully informed of the shipping arrangements and the arrival of the shipment in the UK. The delivery agency in the UK (Britannia) was equally professional, courteous and helpful in making arrangements for delivery as well as prompt and efficient on the actual day of delivery.

R.We made a general enquiry regarding sending personal effects to England, through the internet. Transworld were the only company to respond, and very quickly on 4 October 2021. The response was comprehensive, and the quotation extremely competitive compared with NZ Post and airfreight options we had investigated separately. From that date until January 2022, David McIvor has guided us with extreme patience, professionalism and good humour though the packing, insurance, inventory, and goods valuation requirements of NZ and Her Majesties Customs, which is all very daunting for first timers such as ourselves.
David advised us on safe packaging practices and duly despatched two very capable young men to check our items, prepare the final paperwork and load same into the Transworld vehicle. David has kept us informed regarding the worldwide situation with freight deliveries and, as our consignment is small, how that will be handled in the shipping system of large containers. We look forward to the day when we receive a phone call from David to confirm delivery! We highly recommend Transworld given our experience to date, all the "boxes" are ticked as above regarding "good value", professional" and "responsive", and if all their operatives are in the David McIvor mould, you also will have a very pleasant experience!

P.I used Transworld International to ship my things to Europe. I mainly dealt with Dave to set everything up. He was friendly, helpful and responsive and presented me with all the options I had. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently. Russel, who was the person responsible for packing and picking everything up, contacted me the day before the arranged pick up to walk me through the process as it all happened under lockdown conditions. On the day, Russel was punctual, extremely professional and efficient. He even set a towel down so he wouldn't bring mud in the house as it was raining and he was going back and forth to the truck. He took very good care of all my things and before I knew it, it was all packed and out! I would 100% recommend Transworld.

Even though most of the communication is via emails, we could tell she is passionate about her clients, making sure we got the best care while using the company. M.Transworld was the moving company partner who was responsible for NZ part of our overseas moving. They did a great job in Auckland when we moved from Brisbane to Auckland. The team were very organised, on time, very helpful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs if we needed to reschedule our unpacking date and gave us comfort as it seemed they knew how stressful is moving is by itself so they did their best to be helpful and kind and understanding every step we took towards our moving process. The unpacking team were excellent. I can't emphasis enough how good they were. The team leader was so nice and did everything we asked and they put everything in an organised way so it was so easy for us to find our boxes for every place. The insurance company and the customer service was excellent. We claimed easily and they refunded easily. So hassle-free and easy to deal with.
To name the good people who went above and beyond: Colleen Share, the import manager was like an angel to us who went above and beyond in every step we took to make it an easy and stress-free process. Dilsha was the delivery team leader. He was so calm and first listened well to what we expect from them and he and his team just went above and beyond to do the delivery process smooth. I can't emphasis how much we enjoyed his way of handling our delivery. They were also very well organised. Also when we asked them to leave some items unpacked and comeback later to pick up the wrapping materials it was quite easy.
Mike Chandler was the customer service manager at OSS World which was the company we used in Brisbane . He took our insurance claims and I can't emphasis enough how well he was in handling our claims. Very easy to deal with and very caring person which normally doesn't happen when there is an insurance claim! But he was just one of the nicest people I have ever been dealing with. Thank you all for being a great team both in Auckland and in Brisbane. You make the world a better place. :-)
C.I moved my car and some personal items from Melbourne to Auckland using OSS movers who use Transworld for the NZ part of the shipping package. It all only took a few weeks.
The contact at Transworld was great to deal with and helped me find a local company to do my car entry certification and registration.
The move went relatively smoothly with only one glass ornament arriving broken from the journey which was pretty good.
The Transworld guys who delivered my items in Auckland were professional, helpful and quick in delivering the items to my new home. I would definitely use both these companies again if I move back to Melbourne.

J.I used Transworld to move my house hold items from Auckland to Darwin. They gave me comparatively fair price and items were delivered within the time frame. Items were delivered with out any damages except one item. My washing machine was not working properly after the shipment. I used their insurance coverage to replace my washing machine. The only trouble I experienced was delay in getting my insurance sorted. It required multiple emails and phone calls however once the process was started they issued the payment without any delay, overall good experience and I would recommend Transworld

So we had to get our trikes and other gear back to NZ at short notice. We emailed several shippers in NZ to see if they would repatriate our trikes and gear but most didn't even reply. With so many changes, Melissa was super effective in managing and organising the schedule for the move. Subsequently, Holly took over and has been with me throughout the process. From the start and collection of my items (shipped my entire room), to the hand-over to the Singaporean movers, Holly has been super patient! Amidst the covid situation, I was having so much anxiety and had tonsss of questions. So a big shoutout to Holly helping to ensure that I received impeccable service!!!! C.From the first phone call to Transworld to arrange shipment of my daughter's personal items to America, I was helped through the process. I was kept informed at all times and the service was amazing. R.Excellent value. They were less than 1/3 the cost of a quote I received from a US based mover. I was told in advance that my shipment would be delayed and it was subject to vessel availability. But all of our goods eventually arrived safely with no damage. This included many fragile items such as china and figurines. All goods were expertly packed to prevent damage. The damage potential was probably greatest during my unpacking! By the appearance of the moving boxes, they were stored carefully and in a controlled atmosphere. We took out full insurance knowing the boxes would be stored for an extended duration but it was not needed. Everyone I dealt with were professional, courteous and helpful. If time to receive your goods isn't critical, I highly recommend Transworld International. I will definitely use them for my next move.
