H.The guys from Alpha Movers are awesome from start to finish. They were prompt in their communication when we booked with them, replying by email within 2 hours. They arrived on time on the day of the move (actually 5 min early). They were extremely careful with our stuff; I think I would have damaged my new house if I tried to do the moving myself. They even stayed at the end to help assemble a heavy dining table and moved it into place for us. Highly recommended.

We had a dreadful experience with another company who basically dumped all of our precious items in their 60m3 truck with no shipping blankets. We ended up with half the house left back in Auckland and furniture damaged.
We urgently asked Alpha for help and my family and I were so incredibly impressed with how detailed and articulate they were.
The stacking of the truck was perfect! All done in layers like a Tetris game!
Everything was beautifully wrapped and strapped and the boys knew exactly what their were doing with minimal instruction. They were so friendly with a wicked sense of humour and hard working.

j.cant say enough about these movers and groovers! 9 till 7pm they worked tirelessly packed all professionly and when they discovered they couldnt take my furniture upstairs they took over balcony!
