A.Very good and easy communication to start with.Badly let down by the dispatch person in Napier.We had asked to be kept informed as we were the ones paying for the removal and had booked it.We had to ring on the day to find out when removal being picked up and the dispatch person not organised and r very offhand.The person from whom the goods were being picked up from also had to ring after being told pick up between 12-1.
In the end nearly 2 1/2 hrs later.We also rang again and off hand response.Appreciate not always easy to sort exact time but perhaps a specific person could be delegated to make phone calls.
We were very happy with our delivery person- just the very poor communication not good.
K.So impressed with the excellent service I received from the team at Conroys.
Prompt delivery, going the extra mile putting the table where I asked. Professional and lovely guys. Vanessa in the office was really helpful making sure everything was in place for it to arrive before Christmas even though the purchase was at the last minute.

V.We moved from Orewa to Napier in early 2020 and the Conroy moving guys at both sites were really professional yet laid back and very approachable.
Even though we had a large amount to be moved they gave us an estimate of the duration to pack, and the ETA for delivery in Napier - both timelines were met with no issues.
A special thanks to the 2 guys in Napier who took the time to move items into our brand new house i.e. careful not to mark the walls or floor and gave some great local knowledge about who to contact if we need work done.
We have now engaged Conroy's again to move a family member from Orewa to Napier - so no problem recommending them.

K.I have know the guys and used Conroys for the last 25 years. Never a let down. They have always been happy to go that bit further no worries. I would never move with anyone else.
C.Super duper expensive, only go with these people if you are rich. I found their quote extortionate but still went with them because i was time poor, i should have thought of other options. I liked the guys that packed and moved us, they were nice. I wont use their service again though for the price they charge.
