This firm's name sums it up. Professionalism is what I like about their service and the way they do business. I had a close look at other moving companies and it was obvious many of their 5 star Google reviews were fake. They often read eerily similar to the company's website. But all the 1 star reviews seemed legitimate. There's many cowboys in the industry so best to choose a reputable firm. So glad I did. General Manager Graeme Fatialofa made everything run like clockwork, and slotted me in as soon as I was free. Everyone I dealt with at Auckland Moving Professionals was polite and respectful. They were strong guys who were experts at everything they did, reversing down a narrow driveway, being careful not to damage overhanging guttering, and filling the truck in a modular way to utilise every bit of space. They were gentle with my possessions and liaised with me to ensure everything was put in the right place. Moving house is usually really stressful but Graeme and his men made everything straightforward. I can't praise them enough. Genuinely good men who do a great job.

Graeme and team, thank you so much for all your amazing service! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to move. They made everything so easy. Extremely professional and so polite, the team took great care in moving our belongings, nothing was broken. They often waited, very patiently, to be told where tonput things. The sale of our house was going through the same day as we were settling on our new house, pretty stressful, especially where timing was concerned. I got a call from Peter the day before our move and he suggested what time the team should arrive, this not only made the decision making so much easier but actually saved us money! Thanks again, you are all brilliant!

Awesome experience with the team, moving a house lot of furniture including a piano from Auckland to Mangawhai with two pick up points along the way. The last major move for us. We have lived around the world and this is the end of the travels. We choose the Mahia Peninsula and a move of two sea containers had to be taken, emptied and trucked from Auckland 8 hours south. Graeme at all points was easy to work with and reasonable when we had a snag at the end (too much stuff and not enough space in the truck). The team of 3 young men and driver were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and soooooo careful. I dont know that I can recommend them highly enough, should you decide a move across town or way down south is in your future; talk to Graeme.

We used them on our last move, I think it they did good but in my opinion we did not need 2 trucks and ended paying much more than expected.
