Simply a great day out, kids of all ages love it!
S.
Awesome, great time had by all.
It's basically 3 steam powered attractions that share the same area.
Mini trains that you can ride on, a full size steam train and traction engines.
All $2 a ride, but the mini trains do bulk buy discounts. There is also a museum on sight
J.
Excellent experience, for children and adults alike

This is such a great place to take kids. The people who come together to put this on and their special events you can see its their passion, but it's also keeping some of these old technologies and skills alive. The special events like the Steam Extravaganza are awesome but not for the faint hearted as you have traction engines running around a track that goes through the centre of the public thoroughfare, pretty sure they will want to fence that off at some stage. Know it's a bit of a dust bowl but would be good to see more of the machines doing work and less of the hot laps. Or alternatively host an endurance race or something.
