Was not disappointed with the experience on the jet boat. 50 min session, first half was slower going down the river, 10 mins with engine off and enjoying the scenery, and the second half going full blast back up the river. Cam was a great guide and driver that made us all have a great time. 10/10 - highly recommended!

Have had this tour on my bucket list for a while and am SOOO glad to have finally gone on it. Got some friends together and did 'The Squeeze' not knowing we would ALSO get a 1 hour informative, beautiful, thrilling, scenic tour down the Waikato river. Our guide Cam told us all about the history, full of humor and knowledge. The squeeze itself was soooooo good! spa pool temps, and the waterfall was AMAZING! we got to hang out up top in a huge hot natural pool. The ride back was a 30min absolute thrill! We laughed our butts off the whole way. Absolutely FANTASTIC!! Thanks guys, from the team at NZ adventures

Kids loved it. I preferred the RiverJet to the Huka Falls Jet as it lasted longer and is less of a commercial money making machine. They still try to sell you photos at $28-$39 and four minutes of video for $69 though... so take a GoPro or other action camera instead.

Awsome Experience and would highly recommend it. Our Skipper Elliott was great, very knowledgeable and safety conscious. He also took care around the bird life along the river. Huka falls were amazing so all in all it was worth the expense.

We had so much fun riding with New Zealand RiverJet, and chose The Squeeze, which includes a relatively short hike up a warm stream carving through exceptionally hard rock with a fairly tight and aptly named squeeze or choke point before getting to the warm waterfall. Beautiful! Shannen, our driver, is absolutely fantastic with driving, narrating, and frankly helping/coaching people (who need it -- and I did) through The Squeeze. Beautiful scenery, education about the region, and adrenaline raising fun, highly recommended.

Very enjoyable little adventure, friend and I did The Squeeze on a fine winter day. It was +2 degrees, but we have been given lots of layers to put on for making it an interesting and enjoyable experience. Cam, our driver and tour guide was great, we learned a bit of local history.

So I gave this a 5 star based on the fact that it's a great place to swim. When we were there, the business was closed due to the Covid19 problem. But over all, a great place to stop to enjoy picturesque views of the New Zealand country side.
