From the moment we arrived we felt like family. From the wonderful greeting by the owner and their cute wee dog. The yummy breakfast was fantastic...the thought that went into finding suitable food for me to eat was amazing....I've now found a yummy cereal to eat. My husband and son had an archery lesson too. Awesome accomodation and environment. Thank you

Friendly, helpful owners who did everything possible to make our stay easy and enjoyable. From Archery lessons to the meticulously clean and comfortable accommodation to the deliciously generous breakfast. Great place to stay if Hobbiton is your destination. 10/10.

We had an overnight girls trip for a birthday celebration and had a beautiful time. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, amazing decor and comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful surroundings. We watched birds having baths and the park like garden gave opportunities for lovely photos.The breakfast tray was 5 star quality and Mia our host gets 5 stars too! Thank you, we'll book again soon.

We loved our stay here so much! It was so lovely and quaint. Very clean and little extra luxuries added to make your stay very comfortable. We had to leave very early in the morning (2:30am) and I can't thank the hosts, Michael and Mia, enough for their hospitality and generosity when organising our on-the-go breakfast for us. Would highly recommend!

This semi country based accomodation is as delightfull as its owner Mia. But not a lover of all dogs. Only little ones.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 1. The rooms were very new, clean and tidy. It's exactly the same as the photos on the internet. The breakfast was beautiful with homemade bread and a good range of selection of muesli as well. Michael and Mia are warm and friendly hosts that made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you! We will come back again!

Peaceful, rural retreat on the edge of town. Accommodating, friendly hosts. Amazing attention to detail - fluffy white towels, large comfy beds, fresh flowers on the table, fresh home cooked bread for brekkie, beautifully styled accommodation. Just perfect :)
