C.Love the room 1 bedroom suite. Has separate lounge part to the bedroom and a 55 inch tv in the bedroom would probably have this in the lounge tho and the small one in the bedroom.
The spa bath is divine was well worth upgrading to this room.. for the extra $20 per night I spent. Lovely that we had a Nespresso coffee machine also.
Plenty of tv channels including sky tv, to watch as it was a little rainy during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property as it's lovely and central.
Only downfall was the restaurant and bar was closed due to renovations maybe having that on your website would help.
B.Has what you need, tidy space, good size rooms, comfortable beds. Staff are friendly, no complaints ticks the boxs.
C.Our "welcoming" was very uneventful as well as checkout. I found the front of house staff bland, sour, uninformative and inexperienced. The room was fine however, the bed was comfy, shower pressure good and tv was exciting. Had a lovely chat to housekeeper Karu, and breakfast was yummy and good value.

No available ubers or taxis in the area meant we were going to miss our flight - the Manager personally drove us to the airport to ensure we made it on time.
A.Absolutely huge room with great facilities, bed was one of the nicest I've slept on for a while, super soft covers and unbelievably comfy pillows!
The family room was a perfect size and the hotel itself was very easy to access.
We weren't able to use the car parking provided as it was full but we did find street parking easy enough.
Would definitely stay here in future!
a.Great location, and really good comfortable sized rooms. I liked that you are only walking distance from bars, eateries and the waterfront. Also the staff go over and beyond to make you feel welcome. Have stayed a couple of times for work and been extremely happy every time!
W.Rooms neat and tidy. Had a late book out. What i found offensive is the fact you pay good money for your room and yet they charge me $2. For the small package with 2 biscuits that is free everywhere i traveled. We all know those are free with the room and they are basically just one bite.....so i just paid a dollar each for them. The moral of the story is....you pushing people away by being greedy.

Convenient location. Parking not gòod as not enough parks close to hotel & too tight.
We got a unit next to the main road and a bit noisy at times but had to put up with the sound of a leaking downpipe all night.
S.Clean & tidy room with triple glazed windows. The hotel layout is a little confusing however, and noise from other rooms transferred through the walls a bit too easily for my liking. There is free parking at hotel included, but most of the city center attractions are within easy walking distance. There is a resteraunt on the bottom floor & room service is available.
R.Room cleaners did great job it was very clean. Dated decor, uncomfortable chairs. The normal noisy fridge. Friendly staff. Corridor lighting comes under room door so it doesn't get totally dark in room.
l.Poor parking spaces, rooms were good, as good as is can get from a box, young receptionist wasnt too helpful just basically answers the question points the way lol, cleaners and restaurant staff were great and the breakfast was good too just overpriced though I even heard other guests commenting on that, restaurant doesn't get much people they're too closed in, annoying thing about this place was it was closed for dinner for over a few weeks yet had no other restaurants where we can charge back to, so not ideal if it's a work trip.
My favourite thing about this place was the gym, has chilled water, shower, mirrors, music everything that other hotels dont, seriously the place to stay if you like to work out privately.
S.Location is awesome with places to eat and a mall within a few blocks, staff we dealt with were friendly and pointed out things to do in New Plymouth. Room was well made up with bathroom having a mini spa bath. Would definitely come again.
T.Ever detail of our stay was perfect. Definitely the best value for the money. The free wifi is a bonus. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. There were nice restaurants close by. With the windows shut, you can't hear anything from outside.

T.Everything was of course kept clean. All hotel staff were pleasant. Within walking distance to the downtown market. Close to the sea front. An update/refurb of bathrooms is well overdue. The restaurant meal at night was something else and can be highly recommended. The downstairs bar and cafe served up a bland breakfast.
G.Older hotel but rooms are fairly modern. Problem is that it is a rabbit warren of a place odd rooms. Some are good views. Others just look into yards. Bar and restaurant ok, but personally don't eat there as there are many restaurants very close by . Clean and tidy hotel. Central location and reasonable rates but you get what you pay for.
B.Excellent place to stay, very comfortable & for me no stairs as i choose to stay on the base floor. Rooms clean & tidy & a tv on the table opposite the bed. There is also a range of nibbles & drinks in the room that can be had for a price.
Situated at the east end of Devon st the hotel is close to eateries & pubs & shops etc.
All in all a very comfortable place to stay.
T.The room was very small. The hotel is located in not noisy area. We were always greeted with a friendly smile. How ever the meals were not good we had salmon and nocky the fish was to oily to eat and the nocky was like small bits of flavorless rubber.

T.Arrived tired from Australia and wasn't sure about hotel in the dark but had a good sleep. The rooms are immaculate and so quite which is something really important to me. Things got a bit messy when a number of guests went to check in together and there was a long wait to get processed.

A.(Translated) Normal hotel - nothing special. The staff are friendly, room service is ok. Our bed was very comfortable - not too soft and not too hard, the room overall rather small. There are also larger ones in the house. Mini bar and TV are there - today probably every hotel, which something on itself holds.
The location in the heart of the city is great. All pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as parks or the Coastal Walkway are within walking distance. That's why we did not try the hotel's restaurant; There is just too much choice in the area for breakfast, like lunch or dinner.
Conclusion: recommended for a not too long stay.

Normales Hotel - nichts Spezielles. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, Zimmerservice ist ok. Unser Bett war sehr angenehm - nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart, das Zimmer insgesamt eher klein. Es gibt auch größere im Haus. Minibar und TV sind dabei - hat heute wohl jedes Hotel, was etwas auf sich hält.
Die Lage allerdings im Herzen der Stadt ist toll. Alle Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants und Shops sowie Parks oder der Coastal Walkway sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Deswegen haben wir das hoteleigene Restaurant nicht ausprobiert; es gibt einfach zuviel Auswahl in der Umgebung für Frühstück, wie Lunch oder Dinner.
Fazit: zu empfehlen für einen nicht zu langen Aufenthalt.

호텔 바로 옆이긴 하지만 허름하고 외진 주차장 그래도 시티 한가운데에 위치해 도서관, 뮤지엄, 쇼핑몰, 바닷가 까지 걸어서 이동가능하고 리셉션에 남자 직원이 친절 해서 좋았음. 방에 있는 스파 욕조가 자동청소 소음이있다고 하는데 못들음 여행에 피로를 풀어주는데는 아주 좋음.
