V.Beautiful gallery, a real pleasure to visit. Lots of gorgeous NZ Pottery & work from overseas as well. Plenty to look at & reasonably priced to take home too. Gallery owner very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Well worth the trip up to Walkworth from Auckland or if you’re in the neighbourhood.
L.What a delightful experience! I followed the Yellow Brick Road, down an Alleyway, just to the right of the Warkworth Hotel. Such an interesting shop full of delightful treasures. I purchased a beautiful Paua Shell that had been dipped in Copper on the outside, so unique. this shop is great for those unusual special gifts.
S.Beautiful artwork and ceramics on display, including works by local artists. Highly recommend visiting if you are after handcrafted gifts or a piece to display in your home. I could have stayed in the store for hours admiring all of the pieces.
B.A great store with amazing art from the local community and even the owner himself. It was a pleasure to speak with Rick and about so many of the sculpts in the shop. It's tucked away down an alley but don't miss it. He has a keen eye on art pieces more unique than the bigger galleries around.
L.You hardly know it’s there, but a short walk down the little alley and....you enter a world of awe! Such a beautiful range of art and creative works! Rust, colour and clay amidst bright colourful jewellery draw you into wonder and appreciation. I recognised the names of some well known NZ artists there. Great meeting Rick who shared some information about some of his rusty works for sale.

We totally support the comments of other reviewers in terms of the quality, uniqueness and inspiring nature of the art.
We found Rick (I think that is who we dealt with) a bit remote and unengaged at first but perhaps he was just pre-occupied thinking about his next master piece because his gallery is a treasure trove.
He warmed up a little although I don’t appreciate being asked to review a shop or business hence the 4 star rating.

V.The painted yellow bricks led us to the quaint boutique shop. Indeed, the items were unique! It was so fabulous to see so many interesting and well made works of art. They seemed to have a distinct New Zealand essence. The background soft, jazz music made the visit a very pleasant experience. I now know where to go when making a purchase for a gift or a new addition to the decoration of my home.
P.This gallery is a little hard to find the first time, but absolutely worth it! So many beautiful pieces of work within this space it is hard to know where to look first. I agree with other reviewers that this gallery is definitely a step above most others. That must be attributed to how seriously Rick, the owner, takes his craft. If you are at all into art, especially ceramic art, you should not miss popping in here.
