I have shopped a number of times at Addicted to Audio in Auckland and have appreciated the expertise and easy to get on with manner that Nick brings. I have been very happy with the gear I have bought in store and through Nick on phone and email after I moved out of Auckland. If you are in the market for more new audio toys or are just getting started in the hobby give Nick a call.

If you are serious (I am fussy :) about your hifi and listening to get the right pair of headphones then please put Addicted to Audio at the top of your audition list. Nick - the manager - was very constructive and patient allowing me to try a range of headphones before I settled on the SR Grado 325x's. Being able to demo hi-end headphones in NZ is not often the easiest of tasks, but Nick and Addicted to Audio made this process very smooth. I would heartily recommend them to any audiophile.

Have them as my source of audio needs since they moved to Teed Street. Awesome store that they have on Teed Street. They have lots of gears for demo. Like one time I couldn't decide which to get, HD800S or the Focal Clear, Nick was very helpfully gave suggestion and let me demoed them. Bought the HD800S right there and then. Also tried the Audeze there..which was a mistake because now I need them. Three cheers to Nick and Addictedtoaudio!

5+ Star Experience I was looking for a high quality blue tooth speaker for my new house, as a novice in the sound system world, Nick from Addiction to Audio guided me through the process with enormous professionalism, patience and his dad's joke LOL. Very pleased with my new Naim Muso-Qb 2 speaker. Thank you Addicted to Audio New Zealand.

Alot of gear bought over the last few months: Fiio M17, FH7, BTA30, SennH 800S cans, AnandaBT. Always came away happy and confident I'd been given the best advice.

I chose Addicted to Audio as they were new in town and I was interested in seeing what they had to offer. The shop had not been open long and so stock was limited, however, the store manager Nick Anderson more than made up for this with his vast knowledge and excellent advice. I purchased a Bluetooth amp and speaker set and then on a whim, added a phono for the occasional LP experience. The combination was both high quality and competitively priced, and Nick even sent me off with set up tips and his contact number should I run into any issues. Can’t rate my customer experience at the store highly enough. A+ Addicted to Audio!

I cannot recommend anyone more highly , such excellent service and understandable of the situation with the headset. If anyone is looking for great hifi audio for music or gaming I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than mike from addicted to audio. Cheers

Amazing and helpful staff who go above and beyond to hook you up with the best audio products you can find in New Zealand. Special shout-out to Nick in the store who went out of his way to make my order work when stock ran out in the warehouses. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I've only been twice, once when they were on Anzac Ave and now at Teed street. Great service, good knowledge, and a convenient location.
