Top shelf service. I spoke with Deano late afternoon about a new amp. It is lunchtime the following day and it is installed and running at home having been delivered by NZ Post this morning. Unreal. Superb service by all. Loving my new amp. Thank you. Greg

These guys are the real deal! Hassle free, super fast delivery, great communication and epic 'after sales service' I have just found my new favorite HiFi store.. 😀 I'm positive you won't be disappointed either!

Have used RapalloAV for a few online purchases now. Nothing to complain about. Items are shipped quickly. My last order had an incorrect item sent but was rectified hastily even in the middle of Christmas. I was more impressed then I was annoyed with it.

Had a wonderful experience with Bensan who was very helpful in recommending good speaker cables. Quick communication & provided multiple options.

Rapallo does not show stock of their products on their site. I assume that's because many of these products are held at distributors or ordered in when you order. This was the case when I purchased an SVS PB-1000 Pro from Rapallo in September. I spent more than a month of back and fourth emails with Rapallo, giving them some room to get updates. Although I did have to email about an update I meant to get a bit earlier, It was good that they were speedy with the response having called the distributor immediately. At this point (~2 weeks after the order) I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for my subwoofer to arrive from the US; after waiting this period I sent an email again for confirmation sake. They had arrived and would be shipping shortly. This is where things got problematic, as they had only got 6 of the 20 subwoofers they had asked for (not their fault), BUT I was not informed of this at the time. I gave a 2 week wait period (expecting covid to be the reason for delays) before emailing them about what was going on, only then to find out about it. I was glad they offered me a refund, just pretty frustrated I had not been notified earlier that they still lacked stock to fulfil my order.

Big shout out to Simon who has been very helpful and kind. I hope to do business with Rapallo again in the near future. Highly recommended!

I've ordered a few things Rapallo a couple of different times. Sometimes the thing I want is backordered, so I pay in advance and wait for it to arrive. That's always a bit unsettling for me, but the folks at Rapallo have always come through. Good people, good communication. Thanks, team!

Very knowledgeable staff and an excellent range of demo speakers and turntables for you to try out. Bensan spent more than an hour showing me different speakers and taking me through the options I have for what I wanted. No sales pressure as well which made things easier so you can really decide on what sounds best to you.

Rapallo asked me for feedback, but as they only seem to publish 5 star reviews on their website, I've posted here instead ... I bought a Denon amplifier, which I'm quite happy with, but really that's more a reflection on the manufacturer than on Rapallo, who were simply the middleman in the transaction ... all they had to do is bring the item into stock, then despatch it when someone purchased it. In that respect, I thought Rapallo were pretty slow off the mark ... I purchased the item Friday night, and all they had to do was take it off the shelf already boxed, and slap a courier ticket on it, yet they didn't actually do that until the following Wednesday, even though their store was open on the Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday after I placed my order. And even then, it was only after I chased them up that they got round to despatching my order, otherwise it might've taken longer still. Consequently, because of a Wednesday despatch, I was sitting around the house until Thursday for delivery - that's four weekdays spent waiting for what I expected to be a 24 hour delivery, with no updates at all from Rapallo over that four days, as to what was going on. To be fair, they did sort it out pretty quickly once I chased them up, and their communications were always friendly, but I think there's room for improvement when it comes to promptly processing orders.

Astounding customer service! The staff went above and beyond. My purchase wasn’t the biggest in the shop by far but the service was far beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. Great range of premium audio to cater to anyone’s needs! Will definitely be returning to this gem of a company!

These guys are great. Got a pair of headphones off them that had a creaking noise in the left ear. Their after sales support was no fuss and quick, they shipped a replacement pair to me in no time, highly recommended if you want to be confident in the quality of your purchase.

Awesome staff, demoed the product without any pressure to make the purchase. Great customer support, they got the sub into their shop quicker than the courier and helped with unboxing and loading into my car. as it wouldn't fit otherwise.

Genuinely great audio experience, you get there and are greeted by friendly experienced staff, if not the owner himself! there is several rooms for different listening experiences, a place for headphones, soundbars and a dedicated room for high fidelity speakers! An absolute must visit place for any audio enthusiast! Must recommend!
