Serious quality products and good service. Even went all the way out to Orewa to deliver it to me as I wanted same day delivery at no extra cost. Sooo happy with my Bluetooth speaker. Beautiful sounds. Just what I wanted 😎🇳🇿🎉🍻🎸🥁🎶

Without a doubt, one of the best retail experiences to be had. The level of service was incredible, only went in to get new covers on a pair of earphones. One coffee and exceptional banter later I walked out one happy Bose owner. Thanks Sound Store - you rock!

Amazing people to deal with! I came in to demo the Sonos unit that I am looking at purchasing. Although, I am not quite ready to purchase at the time as the house we are building that the Sonos is going in is not finished yet. Hayden gladly entertained all my questions making the decision making for the product a lot easier! I will be back! Cant say enough good things about the store.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team at the Sound Store enough. From the moment we stepped into the store, Chris and Nancy greeted us and delivered top level customer service. Chris went that extra mile and more to ensure our newly purchased Bose Lifestyle 650 System was preforming as it should and was always there when ever we had any questions - nothing was ever a problem. His friendly install team Stu & Francis installed our new system to an excellent standard, they took the time to show and teach us more about the system which was greatly appreciated. They also got our old Bose 3:2:1 system back up and working. Top stuff guys! Chris and his team at The Sound Store are very experienced sound specialists that are professional, hugely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A well recommended store and service. Chris, Devon and the sound store team are amazing. They sorted out longstanding data and sound issues at our home and installed a new system for us as well. I am so glad Chris and Peter are the new owners of this store. I don't want to comment about how bad the previous owners/staff were! These guys are very knowledgeable of their products, provide excellent advice, always helpful. Their installation team is also fantastic. Anyone buying Bose and Sonos products should buy from them as they actually know what they are selling and provide great after sales support.

Hi, I had problems with a new TV and old Bose 18 series interface. Contacted The Sound Store and Hayden visited and corrected the problem within a couple of days. Very impressed with Hayden's knowledge, his response and assistance. Would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

I would like to let people know that Chris and his team have given me a fantastic audio and sound system for my home and the quality of the teams service was outstanding. I now have invisible speakers in my home, that is slightly Freaky because my guests are guessing where the quality sound is coming from, which is fun for me! I approached Chris and his team not really knowing which system was going to suit my needs, but since Chris took over the 'Bose store' and changed things around, they have created sound rooms with the experience that you could create at home. There are so many options to choose from and chatting to Chris made it clear and easy. I highly recommned Chris and his team at "The Sound Store" to all.

I wasn't too sure which Sonos products to buy and Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within 24 hours the products were delivered from Auckland to Wellington, all safely packaged and in good order. Happy with the service and would use again.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Chris and his team make it all so informative and helpful. Products are fabulous. I purchased a whole Sonos system and am over the moon with it. No other retailer I have seen matches the personal service and advice. Home Installation is a great feature too There are no 0800 call centre numbers here.Real people real experts and real friendly advice.

My husband is in Sound Heaven! He was very keen to update his system with Sonos. A neighbour was having a system installed and Chris, the owner, had called in to see how it was going. My husband had a chat with him and he came to our house and advised what he thought we would need. After a visit to the shop to listen to the various options, they came up with a plan. They absolutely know their stuff! They didn’t try and oversell you and explained all the “tech” stuff in easy to understand language. The price was super competitive and the best thing is that they have their own installers who came round, set everything up and made sure we knew how to use it! It’s Easy! If we are unsure about anything we can ask them. We ab recommend The Sound Store

Went in today to get replacement ear cushions for my Bose QC-35 earphones. Nancy (the lovely person at reception) provided excellent service by actually putting in the new cushions and cleaning up the headphones at the same time, rather than handing me a box to work out how to do it by myself at home. Also engaged in a conversation about sound equipment, the renovations in store etc while she fixed up everything. Of course I could get the parts for a few fewer dollars online, but the friendly service and professionalism is worth the trip into this lovely shop. Will be back here for any audio needs of mine in future :) .

Chris and his team provide a brilliant audio visual experience in their Newmarket store and once they work through your product needs, they can provide the onsite in-home expertise to install your equipment should you require this. I had Chris's team come out to my home to install not only my Sonos audio gear but also to take care of my wireless requirements following my Fibre upgrade. What a cracking result, We are delighted with the outcome. So professional.....!!

If you want the best quality sound from the best store in Auckland, check out what Chris and his team have on offer. We absolutely love our Sonos system, the Bose portable speaker/amp, our small bose speakers and most of all my amazing bose sunglasses. You guys rock!

The only place local that I could find with a Sonos optical audio adapter so called them up, ordered and they even delivered it that day! Very helpful, prompt communication. The Sonos is now finally all set up. Thanks so much team!

The true test for any company is after the sale has been completed. I recently had reason to put this to the test with The Sound Store. My router had just blown and I had to replace it. Unfortunately that played havoc with many of my electronic devices and re connecting my Sonos system was beyond my basic "know how" I got hold of Chris and he spent an inordinate amount of time coaching me through every process to get my router up and running and speaking happily to the sonos. In my experience most companies head for the hills after the deal is done. Not so Chris and the Sound Store. Thanks I am back up and running and basking in the joy of my sonos sound.

Such good vibes walking into this store! Needed a outdoor sound system around my garden and had no clue what I was looking for. Luckily the guy who served me gave me the most affordable price and made me feel comfortable about asking silly questions (as I’m not quite good at these sort of things.) Definitely didn’t feel just like any old other customer. Thumps up guys!!

Had the most fantastic service. Had an older Bose system wanted to connect to a newer tv received extremely knowledgeable advice, worked brilliantly thanks for your patience.

Under new ownership and management. These guys are great. Great facilities where you can experience the music or movies with whatever brand you are looking at. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Only problem is I spent more than I wanted, but with a smile on my face. Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Entered the store feeling apprehensive at not being a ‘Bose’ expert, but was made to feel totally at ease. Extremely helpful throughout and even provided me with a spare part at no charge. You simply do not get service like this nowadays. Cannot recommend the new owners of the Sound Store enough. Not only did a fantastic job, the control freak and all his men, but became friends as well. The follow up and explanations when two non computer savvy people were involved, were above and beyond anything one could expect normally. They were so good that we gave them a key to our beach house and asked them to call in down there and do similar work there. Friendly, professional, competent and truly worthwhile.
