Outstanding service from the staff at the Gisborne store. Stayed past closing time to help us town of town musos buy some gear to save a wedding we're playing at today. Thanks to Nathan and the other staff for accommodating for us and the friendly helpful service 👍🏻

Great experience at the Rockshop. Bought a guitarlele and had some great convos with the new staff there. Noticed when I got home one of the guitar strings was about to break, brought it back in and they changed it for me no problems :)

Picked up an amp from these guys and they literally couldn't have been more helpful, don't hesitate to go there for all your musical needs!

These guys know there stuff thankyou with there help I bought a Boss GT-1 guitar effects processor to compliment my ESP/Ibenez/electric guitars,the pre-amp/manual setting effects and sound it produces are awesome the pedal itself is easy to use and setup simple i play metal,hardrock,blues,i just jam and have fun.
