D.Once again, in my hour of need, Waylon provided a repair service. He kept me informed, by email, of what the problem was and what needed to be done to make the repair. He also quoted me the cost and I had the repaired item back in my hands in two days.. Highly recommended
J.I contacted Waylon last night regarding splitting the humbuckers on my PRS Tremonti SE. I received an email this morning, dropped off my guitar at lunch, and picked it up before closing time. Outstanding service. I would award more stars if I could.

They provide a beautifully transparent gain sound that is full of harmonic sustain and that responds to picking dynamics. Additionally, Waylon is such an awesome dude to deal with! B.The first time was an ear saving amp mod... excellent prompt service and very reasonably priced! Second time I bought the new Evolution OD pedal... them tones so tasty. Third time kinda counts - picked up a second hand Antique OD from someone silly enough to sell one. Not the current version but still a great pedal! Five thumbs up.
J.I engaged Waylon for our wedding at the Charthouse in October 2016 after having been impressed seeing him play a few times at Restaurants/Bars around Tauranga.
Waylon was friendly, accommodating, easy to deal with & totally reliable. Even more importantly the quality of his music is exceptional with everyone raving who attended the wedding about how good he is.
I personally love steel string acoustic music & my brother who is a very good guitarist himself, was very impressed with Waylon.

A.I now own two McPherson stompboxes and couldn't be happier. Not only are they killer pedals, with a superb tone and high quality build, they were packaged really well, delivered quickly, and had a few extra gifts thrown in.
Waylon is an artist who obviously has a great ear and real passion for his work. The first pedal I bought was the White Fuzz, man this thing can cut through, and what a great sound...with what feels like infinite sustain! Like a secret weapon...
I had also been looking at getting a Wampler Tumnus a clone of that famous legendary pedal no one seems to want to name lol, but then I saw McPherson had been experimenting with the same circuit type and I purchased their "Centaur" on the strength of the white fuzz....well this pedal just makes everything else sound better..gives your overdrive break up clarity and sparkle..love it.
On the experience I've had with McPherson pedals I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fine family business to anyone. Very happy customer.

A.Waylon is the man! If you need gear fixing or if something is humming in the wrong way, take it straight to him. He will sort you out and you won't have to sell an organ (unless you're wanting to get rid of an old Yamaha Electone!)
