Not my first visit to Music Mania and definitely not my last! Staff really know their stuff... considering my boys were musically clueless...they were so helpful and I got the feeling they were giving great advice without upselling. So nice having this store in lil ol Pukekohe!

I purchased a guitar recently and due to lockdown and delays in delivery, they went out of their way to drop it off personally, driving 40 minutes one-way! Exceptional customer service. Thank you! 😊

I went this morning to purchase an adapter for my sons keyboard and to look for a future piano(lockdown delayed out capability of purchase) .... You guys were amazing, checked my keyboard and did not charge me for the adapter even insisted to pay something for it! Customer care at its peak... Chapeaux bas

Been here a couple of times, and am more than happy to keep coming back. Good chilled staff who are happy to just chat about music, and have a extremely good knowledge of music and instruments. They seem to have good specials quite often as well. If you're new to instruments or already have a background, it is well worth coming and checking them out!

My son got his hands on a beat up dirty old electric guitar. I promised him I'd get it strung if he promised to learn to play it. Took it in for restringing to Music Mania. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and the price quoted to restring was very reasonable. Got a call later that same day to say it was finished. When I picked it up i thought they had given me the wrong guitar. They had restrung, tuned, cleaned the body and neck, tightened and polished the tone knobs (thought they'd replaced them) and replaced a switch all for only a fraction more than the quoted price. When my son saw it he was floored and you couldn't have wiped the smile off his face with a spade. Great Job Music Mania! You guys are awesome!

I took my grandchildren to Music Mania as my grandson wanted to buy a guitar with money he had earned. The staff were very understanding of him wanting to have a good look around the shop. Pretty son my grandson decided to ask about the guitar he had come in to purchase. He was allowed to touch and play the 2 guitars he was concentrating on. He decided on a classic guitar (same as Elvis had). The staff and Manager were extremely helpful and guided him listening to both guitars and their different features, played by a staff member. We highly recommend this music shop.

Music mania look after me wonderfully every single time, no matter how mundane or outlandish my query. Very supportive of their community, personable, helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my music needs.

Awesome local business know there stuff great range of instruments from novice to expert the staff are excellent and greet you as you enter the store and have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Music Mania! What an awesome store. Brian and his team are an awesome bunch of music people, not only do they know their stuff they have great products at fair and reasonable prices . They care and are passionate about what they do. I have been shopping with Music Mania for nearly 30 years and have purchased almost all of my many instruments and accessories from Brian and his team. I have only good things to say about Brian and his team. Keep up the good work guys and take my money lol

Great local shop run by two musicians. Knowledgable advice and a good feeling knowing one is supporting local small business. I got my synth from these guys a few years back and never had a problem with it :)

Some weird arrangement where the website you're directed to isn't really the shop's website - items I was after were not available even though listed on website as in stock. But we got something similar for a slightly higher price.
