G.I have dealt with Gannaways on & off for several years and have always found them to be helpful and supportive. A few days ago, I needed to get hold of a couple of tiny rubber bands used on practice chanter reeds as mine had broken and the reed was constantly choking. I emailed Scott Shannon (Gannaways Manager) who replied very promptly that although he didn't have a full pack, just a few left over ones, he would send them straight away. Scott is constantly prompt with his replies and the products are high quality with service next to none.
it is a pity that there are so few retailers who can match the customer service that Gannaways provides. I highly recommend Gannaways to anyone for anything related to piping, pipe bands etc.
