N.Stayed here for a week. Great accommodation with everything we needed for our stay plus the use of the little courtyard garden. Gary & Jane are friendly & most accommodating. Motel is situated close enough to city and there are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again & bring our spoodle next time as its pet friendly. Recommend staying here. Thanks for your hospitality Gary & Jane.

M.My daughter and I booked into the Boutique Motel , Bail St Nelson. Gary and his wife made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily and close to supermarkets, garages, a variety of shops and local Hotel. We would certainly recommend them and use them again.
D.The owners are very nice & helpful. The rooms are very nice & although small are very comfortable. The motel is located in the centre of Stoke close to restaurants & bars, cafes & supermarkets. Very handy to sports grounds & shops.
B.I enjoyed my stay at the Boutique Motel. The room was spacious for a studio unit. It included an easy chair, small table for eating and two dining chairs. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows (not the terrible cheap thin ones so often encountered now in motels). The inclusion of the nespresso coffee was appreciated at the end of a busy day. While the motel is near a busy road my back unit was so quiet. A large shopping centre with cafe, supermarket etc is nearby. Gary and Jane are friendly hosts. Thank you for the care if your guests
S.Gary was amazing! The best experience from a host we've ever had. Super understanding and accommodating, took us to our venue for the wedding as well. So super clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. If we ever come back to nelson this is where we'll be staying!!

If anyone is heading to Stoke to play bowls - this is the place to stay!... it’s just round the corner from Stoke Bowling Club. We will definitely be staying there again next year! Highly recommended.

W.Fabulous place. Clean, tidy with everything I needed available in my unit. My room looked as though it had been recently refurbished; it was so smart and new looking. It was a quiet spot with a comfortable bed and the service was lovely and friendly. The motel is located close to eating places. H.Great location, lovely staff, Very clean room with what looked like brand new appliances and decor. Comfortable beds and a good shower! If you want to be out of the city it is good but there isnt a lot in stoke. We didnt have a car and were able to work to get breakfast and go to the supermarket and pub. Highly Recommend

A.This is a great little place conveniently situated between Nelson City and Richmond and 5 minutes from the airport. Clean and comfortable. Owners set a great example of Kiwi hospitality.
M.The presentation when you first arrive attracts you immediately. The owners Nicky and Frank were very friendly and helpful. I was offered breakfast if I wanted and in all the rooms coffee machines were provided to make your own fancy coffee when you wanted. The owners have gone that extra mile to make your stay warm and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and plenty of space for everything. The main shopping centre was less than 15 minutes away and plenty of parking. The local markets operates every Saturday. Just up the road you can take a nice drive to Mapua and Motueka for something a little different. I would definitely recommend The Bouitque Motel Nelson to all my friends and family and will certainly be returning to the motel when I next visit sunny Nelson.
G.The Boutique Motel is very well situated in close proximity to the Stoke village with all its amenities including supermarkets, cafes, bakery, and a post office. The Saxon Sports complex is just up the road and there is a cycle trail that you can use to get to the beach. The motel is located on a small side street which runs parallel to the Main Road and has ample on and off street car parking. The motel is very well presented both inside and out with hosts, Nicky and Frank, taking pride in making sure your stay with them is pleasant one.
K.My husband spent a night here, lovely and super clean place to stay with comfortable bed and great sized bathroom. Hosts are super accomodating and helpful as well.
