C.I enjoy the Bella Vista however last night was a nightmare – made worse by the fact that I was unwell.
The usual rooms they place me in are great.
The room last night – Room 2 - was hideous – constantly woken up by what sounded like heavy waterfalls in the walls – I can only assume everyone around me was showering or toileting frequently throughout the night.

I found it very noisy with the road traffic noise which affected my sleep.
D.Lovely service, Checked in quite late in the evening and that was fine. Had the accessible room so I was able to take some pictures for everyone. A good facility, great accessible parking, quite wide. Great for business, just visited the area for a client meeting. Woke up refreshed and checkin and checkout was nice and easy. Good clean and tidy facilities.
J.This place is honestly great. The rooms have all the appliances you need. Stuff for hot drinks. Very clean and functional bathrooms. Also the grounds and parking are great. No faults from me or my friend group. The price is also really competitive :)
K.Really nice place. Comfy beds, good bathroom facilities and good service. We appreciated the good WiFi and smart TV. Our stay was only for one night but would have been happy to stay a lot more. I'd recommend for sure.
P.The Bella Vista Motel Chain are all pretty much the same. This is one of the nicer ones and the lovely proprietor is friendly and helpful. If you stay in a few of them, then the points soon add up to a free night. Which is a nice bonus.
B.Have found one of the best hotels in Whangarei. Absolutely spotless, with everything you need. Modern but not over done.
Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting family up north, and couldnt fault the place. Close to town, Burger King (kept the kids happy) and close to gas station.
Smoking area located at entrance, gardens are well maintained. Plenty of parking, the hosts were lovely.
Love the (make up) face cloth provided, what a brilliant idea ! Plenty of towels , blankets and pillows. Also loved having the electric blanket for those cool nights.
Tea coffee provided and the extra cookies were a nice touch. A Nescafe coffee machine was also a treat. Thanks for the great stay, will def be staying again.

J.Bella Vista is the best motel we've stayed in, in Whangarei. Always clean and the staff are friendly. They have recently installed heat pumps and smart tvs making the experience even better. Bella Vista will continue to be our motel of choice.
G.Lovely motel. Clean, modern with a lovely comfy bed. Only criticism is the stupid child size ironing board that had to be placed on the kitchen bench.
K.I always stay here on my work trip as it has everything you need. However, I did find this trip that the pillows where harder than usual and was uncomfortable to sleep on, aswell as the duvet was very stiff and heavy.

M.Immaculatly presented both the grounds and the rooms and Don and Sharon are friendly and knowledgeable. Shower was amazing and they have some great places to eat close by. TIP: Eat out at The Quay Whangarei for the best meal and customer service.
