M.I was recommended here by a friend and I live on the shore but can confirm it was well worth the trip. I have been to practices before where I have felt rushed and ill informed, but I found the service, knowledge and professionalism to be excellent. Very clean tidy premises. My optometrist was Jenna, she was attentive and had extensive knowledge which she shared with me in terms that made sense to me. I felt very well cared for and felt I was given the best of care. I love my new glasses too! Thanks!

Jenna took the time to go thru my test explaining what was happening to my eyes and the changes I was experiencing. All in all a very thorough examination - I will def be going back
J.I have dealt with Krissi and the Eyes of Howick team for many years from their old location in Papakura to their current location. Excellent staff and service and their knowledge is second to none. I have even obtained gift vouchers from them as they make great gifts and an eye exam is always something that people put off doing for themselves. Would highly recommend.

I purchased 3 pairs of glasses Prescription, and Sunnies from them, and they made sure all three suited my head shape. Great service, and great after service! They even replaced my broken nose pad for free! Thank you guys!

L.I first went to Eyes of Howick in Jan 2019 when I need an optometrist urgently and funny enough out off all the optometrist my GP was calling Theresa from Eyes of Howick was the only one willing to help and see me. A year later I need to go for my yearly check up and wanted to go back to Theresa. Any way to cut a long story short, they are so friendly and Theresa is so thorough and explains everything. I now have new glasses 👓 and busy with contacts and hubby has had his eyes checked as well and going to be getting his new glasses 👓 soon aswell. I would highly recommend them 😊
C.I had the Best experience at eyes of howick Teresa is who I had my appointment with. I must say Iv been wearing glasses since I was little only for a very small correction, but nonetheless I still were them and get checked up ever few years with only needing them ever so slightly changed. Well Teresa went through everything with me and with tests I had never had so that was amazing to see all the new technology used on me, she even picked up on something in the back of my eyes I was actually born with which I never knew I had and had never been picked up on by any other optometrist. This goes to show going to cheap quick shops dosent always mean a thorough job. Thank you sooo much eyes of howick I will definitely be coming back.
