I had a great experience and much attention being paid at the eye exam time. My glasses arrived on time and aftercare service was really good. I understand glasses do take abit of time due to covid and all that but luckily they arrived. Will visit again to get more specs. They have branded frames which i like. Thank you for evrything

Very happy with service and care provided by all staff in here. All staff seem new now and are honest but great help given. Im happy with glassses and will return for more specs later.

My experience here was quite good. My glasses are fine and adjustments done by staff was very professional. Will get more glasses from here 😎

Booked our free eye test under Southern Cross members for my daughter, wife and myself today. We were treated professionally by the Optometrist Coco, who made us feel relaxed about the whole experience, as it was my daughter's first time having an eye test. We didn't need any glasses at this time, but if we do in the future we will sure come back to this store

This is a mixed review. After a dreadful time at another OPSM i found the botany store. They were amazing and helpful and i got my new glasses sorted and can now see perfectly. However. I requested to set a plan for the payments. I gave over all my details, none of which were loaded correctly. This has resulted in payments not going out correctly. I do understand some of this is my fault, but if your staff had done their job at the start, this would not be an issue. Please take more care when money is involved.

This is a very good store,prompt and helpful staff, Optometrist was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended this stores services and advice. Have been to other spec stores and always no acknowledgement, or help.

Very good service and scored a good deal with 20% off. My progressive lenses are great and works great all around. All the staff were helpful and recived the glasses just on time. Will be back for more glasses esp during the sale ;)

Had an excellent service here. Got my new authentic rayban glasses and sunglasses and optometrist was great as my expectation with vision was well explained. Went on the vision plan which is interest free , will come back for more glasses later 😎

Very good experience here. The optometrist and staff were so friendly. Got my rayban glasses and they look so cool on me. They are transitions so makes it easier during summer time. Glasses were reasonably priced and will come back again to buy more glasses 🤓

Because from the beginning I really like the service of the OPSM they let me give me heaps of options from the frame, glass, & pricing even though they're not yet sure if I will pursue, that is a good service. For claiming my eyeglass they're very attended and giving me some options for my eyeglass insurance which is good to me and some tips on how to get a big discount for my second pair if ever. Thank you OPSM Botany.

Very good service here and loved the experience I had. My oakley clear and sunglasses are awesome. I understand staff were busy but they helped me out properly. Happy with vision and my exepectattions with vision was expalined properly. Will come again to buy more glasses 🤓

I had a good experience at OPSM Botany Downs. Walking into the store, it is a very fresh and modern look. A great upgrade and an high end feel from a vision store. I received fairly quick service and staff were fairly good, answering my questions appropriately as well as being accommodating. The highlight of my experience was the pleasure of having an adorable sales consultant by the name of Martha. It was truly a treat to have such an easy and fluid experience with her. Martha is extremely professional, beyond polite and very caring, while bringing a lighthearted and humorous feel. She did a wonderful job in explaining everything and making sure I was happy with my glasses, using her expert knowledge and taking extra precautions to make sure I had the right type of lenses fitted for my profession.

Very good service here, got my glasses really quick. Staff were friendly and helped me with a problem too. Would recommend to all, happy customer 🤓 My glasses were high number so they chose the right lens and frame. Thank you so much 👍

Very great experience at this store. Such a pleasure getting my eyes tested and getting new glasses. Location was handy, quick eye test done and happy with new glasses, vision plan and afterpay makes buying glasses much affordable. Love the staff, very understanding

Truly appreciated William's helpful advice. He showed great knowledge about different lens types to help me make an informed decision on an expensive investment. Additionally, his patience and friendliness made the overall experience a delight.Would definitely come back if I needed another pair.

I did an eye test with the optometrist Ranit Kapadi. Even though my eyesight is good which he couldn't sell me anything, he still shows his professionalism and patience. Esp appreciated for his time on checking up on my eye disease, plus a reminding phone call after I left the store.

Recently I visited Botany OPSM, I was recommended by my friends. I had a great experience over there. They have much more choices of the frames, and the eye test with the optometrist is very thorough, well explained! BTW, The mirror coating of my Prescription glasses looks super cool ! Definitely will be back in the future!

Very good service here with the optometrst and optical people over there. My glasses were abit delayed as I used my own frame but staff were understanding and reassured me nicely everytime I went to the store. Thank you again for letting me use my own frame and I understand it takes longer with the transport from overseas. Very kind and happy customer 👍

Walked in on a Tuesday and was able to make an appointment for the same day, they also gave me the option of a shorter appointment to fit with my schedule better. Service was friendly and professional, the optometrist I saw was efficient. The team went above and beyond, politely asking to be able to serve other customers while I browsed frames, and providing everything I needed promptly and kindly. Highly recommend, thank you.

Great service by the optometrist/staff combined. The store is nicely upgraded. Afterpay and vision plan(both interest free) makes buying glasses quite affordable.

My experience over here was very very good. I had some eye disease so they referred me to specialist, they had all the good machines to check my eyes, will come back later for more glasses 😎

Today I had best sales experience ever in the Botany store. I would like to thanks Tee the sales person of OPSM. she was very humble, understanding and definitely knows how to treat a customer.

Very great experience at this place from getting new glasses and getting service after. Sometimes they are short staffed but are able to help me nicely by adjsting and cleang my glasses. Highly recommend.

The store is modern looking now and great service by staff- my eye check and getting new glasses was nice, my original rayban clubmasters are cool looking and oakley holbrook glasses, was good experience over there, vision plan option was good for me

12Nov16 Rather slow service. Staff and supervisors don't keep customers informed about house long they'll have to wait for service (when there are a lot of people in the store) or the next stage of treatment (eg eye drops). Average range of products and good location is easy to find.
