S.Olga is the best optometrist I have come across within Auckland over the years. Graham is an awesome guy who gives great service with a laugh and has a talent for picking frames that suit your needs, face shape and colour. Instead of spending hours trying to find frames I like, Graham manages to pick 3 pairs that are all spot on and a pair he chooses are always the ones I end up getting! Between his talent and service and Olga’s knowledge and ability to pick the smallest of things up during a test along with explaining it to us clearly so we understand, I won’t shop anywhere else or use anyone else. I have since had 3 other family members and other friends all use Olga and Graham at the Papakura branch that love them just as much. I highly recommend booking a test with Olga and talking to Graham when choosing your frames. This is my 7th year using their service after many awful experiences with other branches, people and other optometrists.

R.The service received by my 85 year old mother was absolutely first class. The optician was very caring and helpful. He was also completely truthful. My mothers eyes had deteriorated to the point that he was unable to help but he did everything possible to help and didn't try and "sell" glasses that were no use.
I can guarantee that he has gained a couple of clients as both my wife and myself said we will make a point of going there as we need to in the future.

H.My parents went to this place today. I cannot praise this place enough. What an amazing service. My dad sat on his glasses and it needed some minor repair. After having a bad experience at Spec Savers Papakura; they went to OPSM. They not only fixed the glasses straight away, but also didn't charge for the repair. The second pair of glasses needed extra screws, they asked to come back the next day; again prompt communication after the repair and didn't charge for this too. We will only be giving our business to this shop in the future.
