The staff at Oscar Wylee are so friendly and easy going, I had a free eye test and the testing was more extensive then I had anticipated. There is a huge range of frames that are available to purchase and they had a good deal going while I was there. No hidden costs everything is upfront and that’s what I liked.

Excellent staff, Jamie new Lynn branch helped fix my specs frame that was pinching left side of my face after another specs co ‘helped’ tighten frame but overdid it, causing major discomfort n pain for 1.5 days. Nivtika of new Lynn branch also was v pro active. I wasn’t even aware my sunglasses was loose on one side n she taught me how to clean lenses as my partner had recently done 2 pairs at Oscar Wylee New Lynn n got compliments for them!

I completely bent the arm of my glasses and popped into the Lynnmall branch to see if they could fix them. The Manager was able to reshape the arm so they are usable again. Lifesaver! Thanks the great service!

Excellent service. Friendly staff made the experience calm and inviting. Clean and open store made me feel a lot more comfortable as well, good practices as communication was very clear all the way through. I really appreciated the whole thing

Switched over from different eye guys and wow. Amazing customer service (which the other place was lacking) a kind optometrist and awesome, patient technitions. So many frames and whacky ones too which I liked. Glad I did the switch to these guys!

The staff were helpful and informative, providing answers to my questions readily. I felt comfortable during testing and the general check-up. 10/10, would go again.

The lady named Elyza helped me a lot in my inquiries regarding the pricing. She is really good at giving the clients excellent customer service they deserve and also, she is really good at the job she’s doing.

Very professional group of individuals working here. The service was exceptional, Steven Lim the Ophthalmologist who tested my eyes was extremely helpful and gave me some evidence based advice on things I could do to help with my dry eyes. Furthermore explaining in depth about my "floaters" that have occurred over the last few years in my eyes. I'm very grateful for the service I received and will definitely be coming back. Absolutely love my glasses, and thank you to the wonderful staff and Steven for taking the time in adjusting them to fit perfectly 😊 for me.

Just perfect!! Lovely staff; friendly and professional. The consultation with the optometrist was incredibly reassuring but with a relaxed manner. Fantastic range of frames and relatively cheap compared to other competitive places. Super happy to have switched to Oscar Wylee!

My eye test was done by Steven. He was very professional, answered many of my questions well (+ backed it up with research), and the staff did a great job helping me pick glasses (which for me isn't easy because I'm quite picky). Would definitely recommend this place!
