We visited Specsaver Henderson on Saturday and I must say my experience was just amazing. The optometrist Parushka is the best. Despite being super busy, she gave us an appointment as we needed to urgently see her. She took her time to examine me and made sure I understood my eye condition. The other staff were also super helpful. They helped us patiently and made sure we were looked after. They were busy and we took a while to decide our glasses but Jessica did not rush us, she patiently helped us and explained everything nicely. I would like to say a big thank you to Parushka, Karl and Jessica for helping us patiently. Highly recommend Specsaver Henderson.

Took glasses in as lost a screw, the owner Karl replaced the screw, tightened up all the rest of them up & cleaned the glasses too. Awesome friendly service 😊

I'm super happy with my experience after being in lockdown level 3. Raman and Parushka made me feel very comfortable in store. They listened to my concerns went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly, considering the circumstances around COVID-19 they handled themselves very well! Another incredible experience. I was greeted with a smile. The easy to find location across from the first floor McDonald's restaurant, near the North entrance/exit. The reception area was clean and tidy. The range of glasses frames are nicely and well set out (but I seldom spend time studying all that there is to see). I was invited to complete a few tests and analyses before the main eye examination and specialist eye health check. I was able to organise for the visual field check to be done at the time of glasses pickup. The technician assisted me to choose the best frame for my needs and provided excellent full information about the "extras" that will help me obtain the best from my new glasses. Sorting through the many options with the range of extras is challenging - but doesn't have to be difficult. Pleasant, helpful and friendly team members.

Took a friend's glasses in for repair, not knowing they were bought from Specsavers. Repaired, tightened, cleaned. How much? I asked the very friendly lady behind the counter. No charge. Can't get better service than that.

Really helpful and attentive staff, friendly and professional from the moment I walked in and enquired about contact lenses, they sat me down and helped me pick what ones were best for my work and lifestyle and put me on a weeks trial to see what brand I felt okay with, they even ordered some in for me once the week was up and were really helpful in guiding me on how to use and look after the contact lenses and gave me heaps of helpful tips and tricks to put them in and take them out and clean them as well as hygiene practice. Now am feeling really confident and super happy that I can see clearly when walking briskly around at work(a cafe) and not having my glasses fall down my face, now that I have contact lenses to use. Thank you so much to the team at Specsavers Henderson for a wonderful, professional and friendly experience, will be recommending you to my family and friends! 🙌

My first time taking my son in for an optometrist appt and the staff were amazing and friendly making my boy feel at ease. Rome helped us picked his glasses and his knowledge and customer service was amazing. Thanks for making our first experience a good one.

I was sorry to hear mblu 1967 had a bad experience it certainly isn't the norm here. I went back to them after I bought a new pair of glasses as I was having a problem with the bifocal part of the transisition lens. I saw Peter and we discussed the problem. He suggested new frames so that they could adjust the Len's for my particular eyesight. He went out of his way to check all the many frames on the stands to find one that would be suitable for my Len's so I wouldn't have to start from scratch again. His excellent service saved me a considerable amount of money. Thank you Peter. He gave me the impression that nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Henderson Specsavers to anyone after my experience.

I've been coming here for a couple of years for eyetests and relevant reading glasses. Friendly and professional care always. Today I took my glasses in thinking I'd need new frames however Winson was able to repair my frames at no cost. Well done to you all for ongoing excellent care. Just wanted to say thank you for helping my old mom. She rang at the store because lense had fallen out of the frame and she is quite old and couldn't come to the shop on her own. She told me that she spoke to Indian gentleman who came to her house to fix the glasses. Thank you Specsavers!

Excellent service yesterday. I had an issue and the kind staff sorted it immediately with excellent customer service and after care. I would reccomend this store as they phone manner is great and staff were very nice in person. Thank you Spec Savers Henderson.

My family and I have been going to the Henderson Branch of Specsavers for several years now. Parushka the optometrist is worth her weight in gold. we learnt her worth after going to another branch of the same franchise - they couldn't match her quality of dedication and service. Parushka as an individual too is so warm and exhibits utmost empathy towards seniors - she went out of her way to ensure that my mother who is 84 years of age is made to feel comfortable. Another amazing individual out there is Winstone - oh boy what a wonderful person to deal with - never tries to push you or cut corners - warm and courteous. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. It's worth driving to them even if you are living a distance away.
