Excellent Customer Service ,and Cintya did an extra mile to help me to choose the right lenses. I booked an Eye test, and I was quite impressed with the service. By the end when we finished (I don't remember her name), she showed me the difference of my actual lenses and new ones. She was very calm, paid attention to all my comments and answered all my questions. It was 5 star eye test. I had lots of lenses options, and prices. I was uncertain what to do. Then, Cintya explained to me all the advantages and disadvantages of each one. By the end I was between two options. Then she did the quote for me for both options and also pointed what was relevant in each option. They really provided an excellent job, not only selling the glasses, but making sure that I achieved my expectations and was comfortable to chose my new set of glasses. I really recommend this store.

Dora and Bethany and the optometrist serviced me really well. They were attentive and helpful, they increased my vision of what was possible and managed to give me exactly what I needed. They really managed to pull off a good job and it was glorious, like a golden waterfall of enlightenment. Please give them a pay rise.

I have had gone to Specsavers New Lynn to buy my new pair of glasses and Cintya was a helpful staff there. She showed me many different frames options and helped to find two beautiful and super cool frames that are perfect for my face. I didn't know that Speakers has so many options and prescription sunglasses with lovely designer. I choose two glasses and one sunglasses as that looked perfect for me. Without Cintya help it would be so easy, she is smiling, kind, and made my experience really great. She was patient and offered great advice and answered all my questions about all the process. I cant wait for wear my new glasses.

I had a really good experience with my eye exam at St Luke’s with Mary. I felt safe, comfortable and fully informed. After the eye exam, Naman was skilled, kind and patient as I chose my glasses. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions. Overall I had a very positive experience.

I was very impressed by the experience I had at specsavers. I'm quite old and so was very breathless by the time I made it to the store, but as soon as Carol saw me she was very accomodating and found me a place to sit. During the fitting of my specs, she was very gentle and kind, yet extremely efficient. Thank you very much to Carol and Specsavers St Lukes. I am enjoying my new glasses very much.

I went in feeling quite intimidated. I have had previous experiences where people who serve me couldn’t care less about what I actually need and only shove the highest priced products in my face, but that all changed when I came into this store and was greeted by a lovely young man named Naman Gupta. I made sure to grab his name as he gave me the best retail experience. He helped me out with my exact needs and genuinely cared about what I wanted. He was also so patient when I was taking a while to choose. So grateful for this experience and will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends. Thank you specsavers!

After making bad choices of glasses from another store, I was nervous to go and ask for glasses that were more comfortable, better suited, and better configuration for my eyes.. I booked in for an eye test and to look for a new pair of glasses as the carbon fibre frames of my old pair were coming off and I noticed that I couldn't see as far as I used to be able to see with the old pair. A handsome young lad provided me with some of the best customer service I'd ever received out of all the specsavers I've been to. Mr. Naman was very helpful and kind in the process of assisting me with finding the perfect pair of glasses. If you're reading this Mr. Naman, thank you brother.

I went to Specsavers St Lukes with my wife to help her to buy her new pair of glasses. Surprisingly I didn’t have to do much. We were helped by Cintya, the staff there and it was really easy. She showed many different frames options to my wife and the price is good. Cinthya simplified all the processes telling us about the eye test, frames, lenses. Then she quoted the options. I really recommend this store.

I went in for a general eye retest and I was served by a guy called Naman. Naman was very helpful throughout the test and was able to answer all the questions I had. Excellent customer service and communication skills. I will definitely be coming back here for future retests.

Really fantastic service from the Team at St Lukes. From the initial eye exam, to selecting my glasses, and finally getting them fitted. They went above and beyond to help me find glasses that suited my taste. In the fitting, nothing was too much trouble as they switched my nose pads and gave me advise on where to get my glasses fixed. On both visits the store was obviously busy, but the quality service and kindness that they showed never wavered. Thanks very much guys. 10/10 recommend!

Not usually a reviewer but these guys were too amazing to not acknowledge. All staff on both days (eye test appointment then fitting appointment) had fantastic customer service and really made the whole experience a breeze. Tests were for my 7yo and they were so great with not just her, but her 1yo sister. Really made us feel welcome, answered all queries and just so genuine in their care. Service was 15/10 and I highly recommend them!

I was a bit sceptical of getting my glasses here because of the comments. But I'm really happy with my purchase, nice frames (the reason why I chose this store), deliver was in time and quality seem good. Bought it three months ago

Excellent service - best experience at an opticians ever! I had a much needed overhaul of my contact lenses and glasses prescription and bought new lenses and multifocal glasses. I was attended to by about 6 different staff members who were excellent - friendly, superb communication skills and technically knowledgeable. I had the best explanation and hand-drawn diagram of my prescription and the issues with my eyes. I now have no neck strain at my desk (computer-based job) and am a very happy customer I've used Specsavers for 15 plus years in the UK, with average service. Specsavers St Lukes is brilliant. Highly recommended.

From the mega helpful and honest guy (can't remember his name, sorry) who helped me and son select our frames, to the wonderful optometrist who took time to answer all my questions, plus all the lovely team in store. Fantastic optometrist! Professional and helpful, best eye exam I've ever had by far. Also my girlfriend got her first pair of contact lenses here and she is really happy with them. Excellent value for money. Great location, heaps of parking. Highly recommended, now my family won't go anywhere else!

The do have good specials now and again like half price eye check. Good after care. We have taken our kids in to get glasses tighten/loosened often. Very good selection of glasses to suit all budgets and faces.

Spec savers st Luke’s is first class and I would not hesitate to reccomend to anyone. I took my mum in for an examination and new glasses as her vision had noticeably deteriorated. It was a seamless and fantastic experience, the team were super knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses fit perfectly and my mum is very happy! As a complete coincidence my neighbor had a similarly great experience - keep up the great service!

Came by today 11/07/2020 for an AA eye test, there was a 10 minute wait which is perfectly okay and was communicated by staff there. The test was quick and talking to a young asian optomitrist (sorry don't know his name) was professional. Appreciate your good work when it seemed pretty busy in there! thank you

The care and attention to detail I got were remarkable - from the friendly manager who made sure that my needs were met, to the optometrist who examined my eyes, and the two dispensing optometrists who helped me pick out my frames and took measurements for the lenses. Where else can you get a great deal AND such a great experience?

I would like to thank Richard for fixing my glasses today and putting in new nosepads - I did not buy these spectacles at Specsavers, but the job was done free, and in a most pleasant manner.

I was travelling to Auckland and had an emergency last weekend where my RGP hard lenses were stuck in my eye. Linda and Sashi were extremely helpful, who booked me in straight away even though it was the end of the day. They were professional and went the extra mile to help me out (even though it doesnt seem like they normally take patients who wear hard lenses for Ortho K). Saved me a trip to Greenlane hospital. Very grateful and very impressed with the care I received.

Huge range of glasses from 60-70 $ incl linses to simply depends of the brand and style . Well got mine for 99 plus 60$ for an eye test. Very glad to be a customer of that brunch ! The team is having very good sense of style , they helped a lot to find my new best look !

Recently visited Specsavers St Lukes - I had my eye test done by young and handsome optometrist. He exactly looks like the male actor in the film "Train to Pusan". If I had a daughter, I would definitely admit him as my son-in-law.

Also explained various options to me with a candid explaination of the pros and cons of each. Clean and bright environment and smiling helpful staff.
