W.Superb service from the team at The Crossing, Christchurch! Excellent Optometrist and staff to help select frames and lenses. I also received my new glasses in less than a week, so very happy.
A.This is my 2nd-time purchasing prescription glasses (1st at Riccarton) and I was very lucky to have Jamie as my Sales Consultant again at OPSM Crossing. He's very helpful, honest and kind. He helped me choose the right glasses and he even make sure that I will get the best one at an economical price. I will surely recommend OPSM to my family and friends. I will also tell them to look for Jamie as he knows what is best for his clients. I hope that OPSM management will notice all his efforts and will compensate him accordingly. I will surely purchase my 3rd glasses next year and I hope Jamie is still there to help me out. Again, thank you, Jamie. I'm very happy and can't wait to wear my new glasses😁😁😁
In addition to ^, I tried using my old glasses and it's perfect. The reason why I'm getting a new pair is that I'm having a headache and it keeps on slipping. I went to Hornby and Riccarton OPSM branch more than 10 times to have my glasses adjusted. But Jamie did extraordinary work I did not ask him to do anything to my current glasses but he just check them for less than 10secs and he find out that my glasses are loose and now I'm using them and it's perfect, I'm not feeling any fatigue and it's not slipping into my nose. I don't think that I need to change my frame but I'm still happy to buy the new one to show my appreciation to Jamie. Thanks again.

R.Had a fantastic experience at this OPSM. The optometrist Oliver Munro was excellent. He worked out the issue with my old prescription and didn't try to sell me something I didnt need, which has happened in the past. The associate Kim was lovely and was very patient while I tried on half the frames in store. Got the perfect pair and I'm very happy!

However, I would have wished for greater communication when my order got delayed due to courier issues.

A.I have to have eye checks on a regular basis and have to say that Tim is one of the best I have come across. Thorough, informative, friendly and more to the point has all the latest techno gear, you really feel like you have had the best eye test ever! The ladies on the shop floor are also attentive and helpful. Overall a fantastic service that can't be beaten!

Simply put, I have worn glasses full time most of my life and have experienced the services of a number of not so great opticians, and one fairly good, but expensive one.
This was my first visit to OPSM at 'The Crossing' , I am impressed with their service, efficiency, end cost and fast delivery of my new glasses, the eye exam was very comprehensive and included colour retinal imagery.
Frames were really well priced and lenses were the nice thinner, lighter variety. This is actually the second time ever, I have not had to go back and complain about a problem with the prescription or the frames.

P.After trying different companies, I am pleased to say that I have found the place for the health of my eyes. The optometrist was really good, she did numerous exams and did not rush to diagnose me anything until she did numerous check-ups and exams.
I also had an amazing experience with one of the lovely ladies in the front. Kim was excellent, helped me find the perfect glasses and also helped me get the best offer without necessarily trying to "sell" but worrying about your vision. I highly recommend visiting these guys.
