From first walking in the staff are A1 .. making you feel at ease with each and every step, from testing to fitting. State of the art tech to sort you out with glasses , my partner and I both got a new set , and more than happy with the service and the helpfulness of the staff. Thank you specsavers

I love how quick and easy it is to shop for glasses at specsavers. Im very picky about glasses as I wear them all the time but the staff gave me honest feedback on which glasses suited me, this was extremely helpful. Thank you specsavers

I met Cathy today. I received very professional and patient service. I can highly recommend her.

Was served by Lis. (pronounced Liss). Put simply I don't shop for pleasure, really just want to get in and out and leave. From the moment I entered the store, I was approached by Lis, and after briefly explaining my situation, she found glasses that were able to fit me within 3-4 minutes. Previous visits have required me to pull glasses off the shelf, try them, ahh too small. Lis however pulled out specific pairs that were perfect to my head size and we were seated talking about purchase options within minutes. Quite simply the *best* visit to a specsavers branch I have every had.

Recieved great service from the staff at Hornby Specsavers, they were very informative and helpful when it came to choosing frames. They also had a great range/variety of frames to choose from.

The staff at the Hornby branch were super helpful and friendly. This was my first time needing glasses and Tui was great at talking me through everything and explaining what was being done. She was great at finding the pairs of glasses that would fit and suit my face shape. Thanks!

My appointment time got mucked up, but they still worked hard to fit me in and were really professional about and didn't make me feel uncomfortable The process was well explained and all the staff seemed to work together as a team Staff joked around a wee bit but that seem to be apart of their culture and it was pleasant I had been in earlier to select a frame I liked with my wife so that made the choosing on the spot easier Pricing was much better than I had experienced elsewhere Collected my glasses with no hassle fitting and still had great service, gasses took a couple of weeks to get used to, but you can get that with progressive lens changes, still happy

I visited Specsavers Hornby as I had a bad experience at OPSM. I was a attended to by a worker there named Tasmin. She was absolutely delightful with a warming smile and made me feel comfortable in store. Didn't try to over sell anything and genuinely was looking out for my needs. Tasmin is a true assett to the store and showed true professionalism. Best believe I'll be coming back
