As always, the staff here are awesome and I have total faith in the Optometrists. They always take the time to talk about any issues you may have . I have gone to Simon Rose for more years than I care to recall and have always left feeling confident that my eyes have been well taken care of.

The best optometry practice ever visited, the staff were efficient friendly and above all extremely skilled. The Optometrist was above excellence in every part of my consultation he explained everything in detail. The entire practice had an extremely friendly and professional approach. The waiting room was full and the patients were moved along extremely quickly and methodically. The Optometrist that provided my consultation was Jagrut Lallu - very impressed. The rest of the staff and Optometrists are also all of very high calibre as was shared with me by other patients waiting to be called up. Highly recommend this team in every way.

Love the Glasses. Fit a lot better.and loved how they adjusted my other pair which were far Too Big for me and still are but will still keep them The lady who did the eye test was professional and helpful . the blonde girl at Receptionist is Helpful and Nice it didn't bother me that she appeared not to have a lot of knowledge but She Was very Approachable Receptionist was Good. . Loved the Fact that three cleaning cloths were provided. .My reason for Giving a 3 star is because when I was told that they don't give 24month Warranty on lenses if eye test is done somewhere else . I nodded and agreed with her. Which I didn't Have any issue with her answer though To be honest I thought she was going to give an Option and ask me if I wanted to get my eye test there. But I had to ask her if I could get my eye test done at their supplier and she was Quite rude and snapped at me stating that well as you can see we are Fully Booked today. I told her I'm not asking for an appointment today . I'm asking if I can Book an Appointment Next Week. She Said is next week ok with You. I said I'm not Complaining :). Just seem like She Jumped to Conclusions. Before actually Asking . she May have Been stressed but Wow. She doesn't know the meaning of being stressed.

Friendly helpful staff. Seldom have to wait long ... they keep pretty close to appointment times. I can usually find a park nearby. I feel comfortable asking questions, although usually I don't need to because procedures/options etc are clearly explained.
