r. w.I visited specsavers chart well Hamilton to pick up and have fitted new glasses.
Today 6/12/2021 I was served by Zoya.
She was very professional and explained everything I needed to know.
Awesome service.
My previous visit was for a full eye exam and have my eye sight certified for renewal of my driver's licences. Optometrist Jo was awesome with the eye scans and tests.
Then another staff member helped me select new glasses frames from$299 range plus free pair. Very awesome service kind and considerate and the whole team are managing the covid19 requirements top class.
Top service,affordable glasses.
You will get what you ask for.

L. Z.Just want to give a shout out to Anthony at Chartwell Specsavers.
It was my first time getting progressive lenses (sucks getting old). And they just weren't working for me.
I phoned up and was booked in for a "problem solve" and struck it lucky getting Anthony.
He took the time to hear what my concerns where and set about trying different options. I was really impressed with his technical knowledge and the immense amount of patience he showed me.
The result has been progressive lenses that now really work for me.
If you are like me and your lenses just dont seem right...ring up and let the team know...they have all sorts of tips and ideas to help get them right for you.

G. J.Big shout to Claudia at Chartwell. My new glasses fitted perfectly and my old ones, around 4 or 5 years old, were tightened up. My sunnies, non specsavers, were also tightened up. No moaning and I just rocked up to pick up my new glasses without an appt, thank you everyone.

At the chartwell branch a welcoming, friendly, courteous and informative Kaylah helped me find my glasses.
She explained the process, helped me (with honesty) choose my frames, explained the pricing and then attended to me for me fitting on the day of collection. I was so impressed with Kaylahs professionalism and kind manner that I have already told others to visit chartwell spec savers! I highly recommend them!
