E.I had the best experience here. When I went in for my test I was initially quite overwhelmed, as I haven't had my eyes tested in 10+ years. The team put me at ease straight away, and I felt I had such a genuine connection with everyone I interacted with. The testing itself was amazing, and the optometrist was incredibly thorough, getting me an appointment at the hospital for further tests almost immediately. When I went to pick up my glasses they remembered my name and we picked up the conversation where we left off. Amazing service, and I love my new glasses. The comprehensive eye examinations, technology used and cost of these were unbelievably cheap. Then you have the exceptional customer service of one particular young lady, Saphire, who's friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable range of service advise was impeccable. She advised you on what products they can provide to met your particular optometry needs. What an amazing young woman. I would higly recommend Nelson Specsavers to anyone needing a quality, professional optometry service.

M.Had a great experience at Specsavers. First time needing glasses. From booking the appointment for getting my eyes tested (AA membership meant I got the testing for free), the eye test, choosing the frames, to picking up the frames, I was satisfied with the whole experience. Customer service was great, am surprised to see some previous bad customer service reviews.
G.Amazing service. Everyone is so friendly and professional. There was a little problem with my prescription in my new glasses but they sorted it out and got the lense replaced with no difficulty whatsoever and didn't charge me any extra. Can't recommend them highly enough.

T.I had a great experience with Spec Savers Nelson. My free eye check through my AA membership was more comprehensive than checks I've paid for. Customer service was exceptional from Brian, with great personal care around glasses selection & fitting.

M.I recieved amazing service recently when I had to have my glasses repaired.Living 3 hours drive from Nelson my glasses were couried to them and they very promptly repaired and throughly claened them and sent them back to me. Thanks guys for your amazing service.
