d.I went into today to see if I could get a replacement pair of glasses for my mum as she's in a home and unable to visit the shop, I had the old broken pair and was hoping they could check the prescription and order some new ones for her.. I couldn't believe the women working there found the exact same pair (also broken) in a box of old spare frames and was able to use the parts to repair mums glasses. She did it while I waited and I was able to drop them back to mum within half an hour.
F.I was visiting New Plymouth but had used another Specsavers branch elsewhere in the country. I had a problem with my eye which had become very aggravated. They saw with within a couple of hours and were very friendly and helpful. And then to my surprise they told me I didn't even have to pay! I was amazed. I also had a pair of frames with me, missing a screw, which they proceeded to fix, again free of charge! Much better than my usual optometrist.
J.I found the staff at Specsavers New Plymouth to be very helpful, not only with my eye test but also with the selection of my new glasses. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks for your good service.
